What is the point of the UF Emergency Hospital if they don’t keep qualified doctors at the hospital during hours for emergency surgeries?!! When you’re required to pay out $3k when you walk through their door for an emergency c-section and they want to waste valuable time with ridiculous procedures after a extremely experienced and knowledgeable breeder has exhausted all measures and requests the c-section which ultimately doesn’t take place for hours in end is absolutely uncalled for!!! Pup has fetal heart beat upon arrival but after 3 plus hours wasted before surgery, the end result is a dead pup!!! Thanks UF for nothing!!! It’s you’re fault my pup is now deceased!! Shame on you!!! You don’t deserve to call yourselves an emergency clinic because you certainly take your sweet time!!!

Dr Jones in Internal Med, Britney (hope that’s the right spelling!) and all the techs and behind the counter people in the Emergency Dept., all the people whose names I missed… were just wonderful. They took the best care of my aged Rottweiler Kitto, and thankfully he was able to come home with us after a long and scary night. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing the very best care for a pet.

Having to go there under sad circumstances, it was made easier by the caring staff. Students, internal medicine doctors and oncologists are top notch. Carefully explain the results of tests and examination of your pet. Help you make the right decision in the pets best interest.They were so loving with my dear cat Penny who was diagnosed with lymphoma.
