“Steve came out and worked on our 2021 Cascadia. Coolant sensor was bad and had a bad wire connecting to the end piece. Steve worked hard and got us fixed and rolling within a couple hours. He fixed our issues and worked with professionalism, and he even showed me the issues so I could learn myself. Thanks Mr. Steve, very good guy at Ryder in Gainesville, Florida. 5 star service!”

“Great! Easy. We needed a dual cab. Received a Dodge Ram 1500. It rode really nice. Great pickup speed even hauling the equipment we had. The service was clear and concise. Clean truck with beedliner. I needed a booster seat... but other than that I absolutely ? ❤️. Return was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend it. They are not open on weekends, so Friday pick up will be a 3 day rental, just so you know. They open at 7:30 am. Thanks, Enterprise.”

“I do not understand all of the negative reviews. I have rented from this location four or five times over the years. Definitely not frequently. But when I've needed something, they've always done a superb job. My most-recent experience took place 6/2 & 6/3. I needed to rent a trailer to haul a motorcycle home from Melbourne (200 miles each way). The pick-up Friday afternoon was smooth and fast. The young lady who served me, both at the counter and in the lot, was awesome. Very friendly and efficient. I returned the trailer Saturday afternoon. There was a young man in the lot who directed me to a drop-off spot. He unhitched the trailer, processed my return, and I was back on the road in less than five minutes without even having to go inside. Here's a bonus: I was an hour or two over 24 hours. I had initially reserved the trailer for three days (until Monday). They only charged me for one day! Wish Enterprise did that. LOL. Top marks for this U-Haul location!”

“Been here since before it was Uhaul. Convenient and has all services you would need for using a storage unit and for moving. Has a lot of air conditioning units. My only complaint is the frequent price increases lately. My unit used to be 65.00 a month, it's now up to 102.00. Too much unfortunately for the not very big unit.”
