The location is not scenic BUT very CONVENIENT.
Rooms: The room was equipped with a two burner stove top, full size refrigerator, dishes and dishwasher.
Every comfortable and clean.
Nearby activities: The Newberry SHOPPING PLAZA ?️, bowling alley ? & skating rink ? are within WALKING distance. But please use the crosswalk. ?
Walkability: Exiting the pool side door to the left you will see a Car Wash sign look down you see about three little steps over in the plaza you find 3 great food spots and a beauty academy that takes walk-ins for hair or nails ??
Food and drinks: Latin Food Blessings is within a few feet of walking

I didn’t know what to expect, this hotel was sort of my only option for the location but it was fabulous. Absolutely the nicest staff. Fresh complimentary cookies. A note left on the night table. Breakfast was very good and clean. My room was also clean and very good appliances! Room had smart storage space, it was like a mini apartment. They accommodated a late checkout too. Only downside is it’s easy to miss the only accessible turn into the property but overall I was impressed

Found trash by bed. AC didn't work properly. Beds were old and torn and uncomfortable. The toilet didn't flush and the chain kept falling off and it moved when you sat down. Breakfast was awful. Would never stay again.

Really nice place was next to a Buffalo Wild wings ? that was a perfect spot to land to watch football. They had plenty of parking and the rooms were really nice. I would highly recommend.

Walkability: Não tem fácil deslocamento a pé. Tive que ir na farmácia do outro lado da rua e demorei mais pra chegar na farmácia do que pra comprar as coisas. Muito trânsito, sem semáforos para pedestres e carros demais, com fluxo muito intenso.
Food and drinks: Café da manhã bom, com um omelete muito bom!!

My family visited me in Gainesville and stayed here! They told me it may have been the best experience they had ever had at a hotel. They were treated like family and said Dean was there every step of the way to give them whatever they need. If you treat my family this way, you are family to me so shoutout Dean and the entire TownePlace Suites staff!! Highly recommend.

Conveniently situated just off I-75, TownePlace Suites Gainesville North offers a perfect blend of comfort and hospitality, making it an ideal choice for both family getaways and business travelers. Kudos to the very friendly (& dog loving) staff who helped make our experience such a delight. Rooms were clean and thoughtfully designed. The full size fridge was a nice convenience as we needed to keep some food items frozen. With our daughter starting UF, we’ll definitely be making TownePlace Suites in Gainesville our preferred hotel of choice whenever we are in Gator Country! Go Gators!

I can not be more Grateful for the help and compassion of the staff! I had booked a room for my friend and I for after her abdominal surgery so we didnt have to have her in the car for more than needed as we had to go back to the doctor next day. As we entered they did everything they could! Offer a rolling office chair to get her to the room. As they were getting the chair my friends daughter was collapsing so for a very short moment i had bothe mother and daughter in my arms! Alexis and the other staff lady moved quickly to help! It was amzaing in a moment of panic! Plus gave us all the pillows we needed to make my friend comfortable! Thank you so much! You were my heroes!

We very much enjoyed our stay here during our trip visiting some friends. The staff we encounter were all very nice.
Jennifer at the front was so friendly and always took time to speak with us when coming and going.
During breakfast Megan was very tentative to every guest who walked in there. At one point my little one wanted an apple but I told her I didn't have any way to cut it but Megan overhead us and came back a few mins later with a cut up apple for her. It was just above and beyond more then I think most of us expect at hotels these day.
Room size was great with a kitchen.
My little one had her own little space and already wants to know when we are going back lol.
We appreciate y'all and think we are all looking forward to coming back
