“My tow truck driver Shaun, was VERY professional and personable. Arrived on time and ( due to my car being lowered) was extremely acceptable to change of plans ( needing a roll-back instead of the traditional tow truck). He expedited the switch of trucks in a timely manner and communicated his ETA the entire time. The dispatch manager also called me to express his empathy for my situation and reassured me of the next steps to get me and my beloved Cobra home safe. “My partner and I drove a big uhaul truck with a towed car for the first time from Orlando. When we passed Gainesville, we got stuck in a small alley. It was on Sunday morning. We called multiple tow companies. We got ghosted by one company. We waited for 3 hours, and no one showed up.
My partner found Moffo on Google. The owner was prompt to respond to our call and quickly helped us revert the uhaul. Without him, we probably wouldn't make it to our destination. If you want a reliable service, I highly, highly recommended Moffo's Towing & Recovery.”

“Never been here. Called the 24hr line. I spoke with Daniel @ 4:10. I called the wrong towing company by mistake. Daniel stayed in the line for 10 minutes still answering my questions to the best of his ability. I appreciate the level of customer service received. I know that reviews reflect people’s emotions.
