I am from Pennsylvania and staying here during the winter. I looked up hair stylists and based on reviews I called Tina. Tina is a hoot and a delight! She also really knows her craft! I was pleasantly surprised at her knowledge and expertise. I will definitely work around my visits next year to have her do my hair. Yes, I’ve been to more sophisticated salons but the trade off for Tina’s abilities are worth it.

I absolutely loved the care Tina took with my hair! Went in for a wash and cut and she was very informed on cutting curly hair and dealing with damaged hair from bleach. Definitely reasonably priced and will be returning!

After two awful experiences in Ocala, my hairdresser in NY found Tina and Total Image Salon. Tina knows color! She fixed my yellow hair and brought back what I love. I will continue the trip to Gainesville for her expertise. I was ready to fly to NY

I have been going to Tina at Total Image Salon since I was a child. She has always done an amazing job cutting my hair, and her prices are unbeatable. I have visited a few other salons in Gainesville over the years, but I keep coming back to Total Image because Tina always cuts my hair exactly how I want it and will give suggestions if I ask. I went here twice in the past and had April for my haircuts but since she isn’t here anymore, I had mine done by Tina. They have the best prices I’ve seen and I always am satisfied with my haircuts after telling them what I like. Tina is really nice. She’s flexible on openings so when I called she got me a spot right away.Services: Haircut

As always, it's always a pleasure to come to see Tina. I've known her for 40 plus years. She's been my stylist for at least 20 yrs of that. She listens to what you want and proceeds to tell you if it will work for you or not. Always pleased with the outcome. I would say to call herald giver her a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Tina does a great job. My hair is exactly what I wanted. My partner also got hers cut and has a hard time finding someone who can cut curlier/thick texture and is very happy. Also the prices are amazing

Website and Yelp hours are both wrong, closed on Mondays. I can't give an accurate rating of services but very frustrating that the information is inaccurate, as Mondays are the only guaranteed day I have off of work.

I have been going here for almost two years now and April is a truly great stylist! I brought in pictures of what I wanted and she was very honest about how we could achieve going light blonde without totally wrecking and damaging my hair. She is a very kind and hard working person and I always enjoy chatting with her. She also makes herself available if you have any questions or concerns about how to best take care of your hair after you leave. On top of all of that, the prices are incredible and it is definitely the best value I have ever found for a cut and highlights! I couldn’t recommend her more! (The photo is my most recent cut where I decided to go darker again for the fall/winter, so she suggested a demi-permanent so I can go light again without damaging my hair as much!)Services: Hairstyling

I just moved to Gainesville for college and needed a quick trim after work. I found Total Image Salon then called to see if they had an opening. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and a "Hey how are you?" from April. I was seated right away, April and I discussed what I wanted done to my hair for a few minutes then she went right to work. I'm exceedingly happy with how my hair came out!! On top of that I was only charged 30$ for a shampoo, trim, and style! Total Image is now my go to salon and I highly recommend you give them a visit. You will not be disappointed.
