I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tomlinson Motor Company for both a vehicle purchase and subsequent service needs. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The sales team was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right car without any pressure. The service department continued the excellent experience with their efficiency and transparency. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I wholeheartedly recommend Tomlinson Motor Company for anyone looking for a seamless and trustworthy automotive experience. A well-deserved 5 stars!

I’m speechless. My son called Thanksgiving week with a headlight out and check engine light on. He needed help days before Thanksgiving in order to come home. Despite being fully booked and having a decreased staff during the holiday week, Scott brought him in! My son’s light was replaced and they looked his car over and told him it was safe to drive home. My son said Scott was positive and polite, as he was when I called later to thank them. It is rare to find this level of customer service! We are thrilled to have a place away from home to do car repairs.

I purchased a car here and the prices were non negotiable which was a plus for me. Several friends recommended this business. The purchase process was straightforward but also kind of odd. The salesman met me inside with his sunglasses on and did not introduce himself? He was very vague when I asked him questions about maintenance and warranty. I needed a car because mine had been totaled and this place was recommended , but still I think they take no pressure to the extreme. It seems you can still be polite and friendly.

You need to go to the Service Center for your car needs instead of Toyota dealership just down the street
I had a problem that the Toyota dealership missed and charged me for and when I decided to take a chance on going to Tomlinson Service (you need to pull up to the service side)
Scott was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes
Go see Scott at Tomlinson Service you’ll be glad you did
No more Toyota Dealership for this Corolla owner , I’m going to Tomlinson

My Toyota has been serviced exclusively at the dealership until today. I decided to switch to an automotive repair shop now that my vehicle has more than 100,000 miles on it.After extensive research I found Tomlinson Motor Company Service in Gainesville.Ms. Tami, and the two gentlemen I worked with Tyler and Scott, were amazing. Not only were the repairs made today, they were made with short notice, patience, thorough explanations and smiles.I found my new repair shop in Gainesville. They are truly the best!

My A/C was fixed and works like gangbusters. I was given a list of my car's functions that are getting marginal which I was well aware of. I will probably have these guys fix stuff in the future.

I've been bringing my car to Tomlinson for 4 years and they are always kind and accommodating. Great customer service and trustworthy. I've never felt pressured to purchase additional services and they provide a comprehensive diagnostic report after an oil change. Highly recommend!
