While all of the other local tire dealers didn't have any REAL trailer tires and offered 10ply junk, they have it all, in most sizes, even my 14 ply 235/85/16 that nobody had. 14, 16 ply and all, AG stuff, whatever tire you need minus motorcycle and something else I could care less about.
We are from out of town and they knew that we had to buy the tire regardless of the price, but they still sold them to us for less than we could have got them at home.
We ended up replacing another tire, and bought yet another one, and a wheel as a spare (out whole wheel hub/tire/spindle exited in the previous chit show), and still came out under a thousand.
3-14ply steel sidewall tires and an 8 lug wheel to match the ones on it. That's steel valve stems to replace the rubber, mount, balance, the whole kit.
THEN, they dropped the end of their lunch to help get us on our way and check out the toy hauler or hot rod.
Couldn't ask for more, and at a less than fair price even! I'd have been happy paying another hundred a tire for service that quick and detailed.
If I'm ever over here again and need a tire, I'll go buy another 3 from them. Bunch of cool cats as well!

“Had an extremely slow leak coming from my front driver side tire. Brought it in to locate the leak and get it patched if possible. A little nervous because I'm always told tire places try to upsell and charge more than local mom and pop shops.
I shouldn't have worried. I did make an appointment and was seen promptly. They brought my car back and told me they'd look at it. They're waiting room is very clean and comfortable. A lot of space. They also have a television and clean, handicapped accessible bathrooms for both men and women.
They were able to successfully patch the tire. In addition, they also filled up the other tires, making sure everything was in alignment . I was shocked and very thankful. Considering the rising costs of everything nowadays every dollar I can save is a blessing. I will definitely be coming back for any future car issues. ☺️”

“I'm super thankful there is great mechanics like this guy. I thought a nail punctured my tires and needed it to be plugged so I brought it to him. He was able to remove the nail and helped me realize it wasn't punctured through. He did all of the inspection for free even though the tire was not punctured. I even offered to pay him for his time and effort, but he humbly declined and told me to be safe on the road. Super thankful for this guy!”

“Yesterday was my first time at Dave Mays. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. When I arrived to my appointment a mechanic rode with me in my car so he could hear the noises I was describing. The entire staff was welcoming and respectful!
My car was diagnosed quickly and they explained to me in detail what was wrong and a plan with the cost to fix it.
They even let me know some future recommended maintenance and the cost so I could plan for my future visit.

“I brought them a tire that was riddled with holes. They plugged everything they could find and bought me another week. I wish I had inquired with them about just buying a used one but alas. They did manage to get me in and out in about a hour and plugged about 3 holes in this tire I had. All and all for $25 bux I don’t think you could ask for much more. That tire I had was shot to shit tho and I really should have just paid whatever the difference was and bought a used one. Seriously would have been a better way to allocate that $25”
“I've been coming here for years and I have never had an issue, so it is hard for me that fathom these negative reviews. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, but occasionally make suggestions based on what the vehicle manufacture suggests i.e. brake flush, coolant flush, etc. Cee and her team have always been great to me, and if by some chance they do make a mistake they are quick to fix it. Love these guys here.”
“Logan did a pretty good job taking care of us, even though we spent way to much money on tires and 1 rim, we were disappointed that the tires on our car had a 50k warranty and we only received $50 for each tire we paid over $200 each for since they only had 29k miles on them.”

“I noticed on my way back from Micanopy that my rear passenger-side tire was almost totally flat. Topped it up at a gas station, but it was hissing loudly, suggesting a decent sized breach was present in the rubber.
Made it past Payne's Prairie into a small subdivision as it went dead flat and gassed the tire with a can of Fix-a-Flat that was at least a decade old. Some of the gas had escaped over the years in my back seat bin full of emergency gear, but the tire managed to fill up at least up under about half, enabling me to make it back home near this, my regular Tires Plus.
Despite it being a late Sunday afternoon and their closing at 5pm / 1700 ET, Scott and his crew got me in. They replaced the bad tire (which unfortunately thanks to caustic Fix-a-Flat could not simply be patched up) and got me good to go just about half an hour before closing time. That along with scoring me a few discounts despite this one of a set of tires installed in 2018 not being covered by Bridgestone's warranty any longer.
Previous to that unplanned visit to the shop, my wife and I were bummed because Mosswood Farm is on summer break until early September, and a borked online ordering system Menufy failed to convey an order to Pearl Country Store and Barbecue, both up in Micanopy. The flat made for the third strike in our otherwise uneventful Sunday, but I'm happy to rank Tires Plus among those top-notch go-to local places.
I'm presently mulling over Scott's advising the three other tires are past due, but if and when I get them swapped, I'll definitely seek out Tires Plus to replace 'em in the near future.”
“These folks ALWAYS take amazing care of me. Been with them for many years with different vehicles and they always do right by me. My car was vandalized yesterday when someone tried to steal the computer out of my car and I asked them to evaluate the damage. They took me in immediately. And they refused payment!!!!!! Amazing people.

“I was apprehensive to purchase and install tires here based on the reviews. I decided to take a chance. I ordered two tires on Thursday, they arrived on Saturday, and they were able to schedule the installation for Sunday. I was told it would take an hour. When I arrived I asked the time frame and wait. I was told it would only take 30 minutes for two tires. The tech did let me know that even though I was early they couldn't bring my car back until my scheduled time because their bays were full. My car was done within 40 minutes of my scheduled appointment time and the tech was calling to inform me. Based on my experience, I would purchase tires and have them installed here again.”
