Just started coming to this store and find it very affordable and clean. Came by today around noon and google said open for business door was locked waiting about a hour or so in the plaza at other stores and still was closed.

Tillys is not a skate or surf shop. That's like calling Foot locker a skate shop because they sell vans. Total waste of time. Can't even buy grip tape....Pfft.... Posers.

It was my first time shopping at Tilly’s. The store was clean and well-organized. The ambiance is active lifestyle with skateboarding accommodating the store as well street wear. A gentleman greeted me (Spencer) when I entered and I looked around for good deals and found some good items! I was looking for a replacement to my old white beach shirt with a design and found one! As I checked out Spencer asked me if I found what I needed and asked me how my day went. It went alot better with his friendliness amd awesome customer service! I definitely recommend going here if you need the latest fashion and want a good shopping experience.

I was in this Tilly's the other day doing a return and was having a few issues trying to complete the process, but the woman helping me (Lily or Lilly I think her nametag said...it also said "co-manager" under her name so hopefully Im describing the right girl) was so sweet and so friendly. I was a bit confused by the return policy, but she explained it well and I was appreciative that she was patient with me. I received store credit, so I will definitely be back soon and I hope she is working when I go!
