Was given a quote of $150 for an XR without Face ID. Came back for it, was told it was probably sold and they gave me another XR, same exact color for $248 with taxes. Face ID didn’t work. This was less than a week after buying. Apparently they didn’t know that even though he turned the phone on before giving me the phone and every time I restarted the phone, the notification about Face ID being unavailable always came up. Phone came without screws in the screen and the speakers and charging port were extremely dirty. Gave me the difference back in cash. Then the screen itself kept going in and out. Went out permanently about 3 weeks after buying. They switched the screen out because it hadn’t been 30 days. Now almost 5 weeks after buying, my battery is completely dead and will not charge. Whoever is working on phones here doesn’t know what they’re doing. It’s a waste of money.

JUST CALLED ABOUT MY SCREEN AND THE WORKER CURSED ME OUT AMD TOLD ME DON'T CALL THERE AND TO COME IN AND FIGHT.. HE DONT WANT THIS PROBLEM . I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE ON THIS PLACE AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Brought in my phone to fix the battery. Was given back a phone with a new battery but broken Screen. Best he could do was “give me a discount” for a new screen. Phone was more functional before I brought it in. Lost a customer. Save your time and go somewhere else

Zack is not the guy to bring it to. I made the mistake of bringing my phone back to give them the opportunity to prove they are legit & I shouldn't have. A few months ago I brought my phone in for a screen replacement just to have my Face ID no longer work. I brought it in again after cracking the screen to have to bring it back because the screen was self dialing. Since they repaired this mistake my phone has shut off on its own & says the battery is not a genuine part. This place proves you can't have quality & value. It's one or the other. If you want cheap with bad repair go here; I'd you want quality then I recommend you pay more & go elsewhere.

I brought two iphones in for screen replacements. One of the phones had a screen replacement elsewhere and I was having a lot of trouble with "ghost touching." I don't believe anyone in Gainesville has better pricing than these folks. The quality of the screens appears to be excellent. Turnaround was super fast: both phones were done in an hour and half (and if the person in line ahead of me hadn't been getting a screen replacement as well, they would have had them done in less than hour!). Very happy with this experience.

I would not recommend anyone to sell their used Ipad at The Cell Xchange. I own a Ipad Pro 12.9 5th Gen(M1 chip) in excellent condition without even a single mark on the device and the Cell Xchange guy offered me $300. You can easily sell the above mentioned device for over $600 anywhere online. They just offered me half of that, I mean that’s not even close. SERIOUSLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I only been to this place once but I can tell you this. I enjoyed my time there. I went to sell one of my phone. They gave me the best price I could get out of it. I went and priced my phone with the phone mashine they tried to only give me 20. I took it into this store they gave me 140. A better price for my phone. Brand new as well.
