The only TD for 100 miles and it is has it’s atm closed, forcing its customers who work during business hours to pay their fees for using alternative ATMs.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. It took over an hour to open a personal checking account. The app is terrible. When you select "contact us" in the menu, there is a "TD ASAP" number for customers. This number does. Not. Work. Average wait time to speak to a customer service representative is about 30 minutes. They charge fees every month even when you meet all the account requirements......i called every month for 3 months to have the maintenance fee refunded back to my account. Every month, i was assured i wouldnt be charged.....every month, i had to request a refund. Ridiculous. I do not recommend banking here.

TD staffs were very helpful. They are all knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Hunter, Amanda and the rest of the team made sure that our banking needs and expectations were met during our recent visit. They even possess great customer service skills. ? My husband and I were grateful for their impeccable service. I highly recommend them.

First off it is disappointing to see our local branch has a 3.1 review as far considering it is run by dilligent and courteous staff members. Any time I walk into this TD Bank I have never been made to wait longer than a handful of minutes, and that is on a truly busy day, not Gainesville's version of busy. Inclusively, staff members do go above and beyond to meet and exceed customer needs. once again I am only speaking based off of my own personal experience.

Amanda Dennison is one of the greatest customer service employees I’ve ever dealt with. I had an issue with a different TD bank and when I moved to Gainesville I came to this branch to get the issue resolved. Amanda investigated the problem & made it right instantly! She explained everything to me and she constantly kept me informed on the process. She’s awesome!

I came in after work around 5:15 on a weekday needing to open a new account. Amanda helped me and was amazing! She laid everything out very clearly and was a delight to work with. She even stayed with me past closing time to get everything sorted out.

This is one of the worst banks with which I've ever done business. They have the most ridiculous hidden fees. They seem rather deceptive as well. I was supposed to get a $150 bonus ninety days after opening my account. My wife called to ask about it, and they told us we have to wait another ninety I guess to ensure our loyal business. They should say six months if it's truly a bonus that we'll ever receive. They are the worst. Stay away.

Terrible customer srvc! Never can get a straight answer it’s always some other departments fault! Will hold your money for 10 days even though they’ve already taken the money out of account the check was from all the while you are accruing overdraft fees!
