If I could leave zero or negative stars I would. They prey on people waiting or picking up food. It takes 5 minutes. A truck tried to my dad’s car while he was in it. They are rude and inconsiderate and the worst service in Gainesville. They are on a power trip and very rude.

The superior towing people are incompetent. The workers were cursing at me with vulgar language and refused to call the ridge when the spot was clearly mine and refused to take the boot off. I would recommend that they take a look at all of their workers and fire whoever may be cursing at clients, thank you and I will never be using you for anything y’all suck.

My son was visiting his friend in Gainesville and had a parking pass that was visible in the car on the dashboard. When my son came out, there was a boot on his car. My son's friends mother called superior towing to tell them he had a parking pass, and they would not accept it, even though it was visible in the car. My son also called and they would not accept pass. Shame on them for preying on college students. University of Florida should not link their name with this towing company! Once the tow truck came to take the boot off, my son paid the fee and the tow truck driver said that he would text a receipt to my son and never did . Disgusting there are places of business like this. I would give them negative 50 stars, but unfortunately it wouldn't let me post without hitting 1 star!!!

Took the man over an hour to arrive to remove my boot and continued to take his time while there. I barley made it in time for my exam. They told me it would only take him 20 minutes. Terrible service.

Never been here. Called the 24hr line. I spoke with Daniel @ 4:10. I called the wrong towing company by mistake. Daniel stayed in the line for 10 minutes still answering my questions to the best of his ability. I appreciate the level of customer service received. I know that reviews reflect people’s emotions. I want it know my review reflects the service I have received. I will call Monday to speak with a manager about this superior service. Thank you.

Went to designated parking and went to pay for my spot. After trying I was notified my spot is already paid for the hour. Parked in paid designated parking and got booted ?? Now I owe 85 dollars. This is actually really corrupt.
