Gave me a boot despite my sign stating that I had a visitor pass. The front office was closed at the time and I couldn’t contact anyone.

Just booting to boot even with a valid pass, power to the man with the keys right? Can't do anything else than pay, super predatory company that just happens in Gainesville. Vile in store employees with a very few understanding drivers sadly ruin the town and parking. What a shame

If I could leave zero or negative stars I would. They prey on people waiting or picking up food. It takes 5 minutes. A truck tried to my dad’s car while he was in it. They are rude and inconsiderate and the worst service in Gainesville. They are on a power trip and very rude.
