Have tried to make an appointment on line twice now for highlights, both times no response! So why post that you can schedule online if no one ever calls or responds back! ?

I have received inconsistent service from this organization. It is sometimes very a hard to schedule an appointment. It’s a lot of unprofessional, and non- organizational things that’s happen to often for me.
