Storquest is such a fantastic facility. Tammy is the reason we will always be a Storquest customer. She went over and beyond to help us with a problem. It's hard to find great employees these days...she's amazing. I hope management sees this and realizes they should try and find a place for her in the company after she finishes college... because she has such dedication.

My experience with this storage facility Gainesville 34th st, has been nothing short of a logistical nightmare. After making an online reservation, I expected a prompt call for assistance. Unfortunately, a full day passed, and no one reached out. When I finally took the initiative to call them the next day, I was informed that an accident had occurred within the facility, causing them to be preoccupied and resulting in the delayed response.The virtual move-in process turned out to be a chaotic affair .It took a frustrating freezing 90 minutes to finally access my unit. The series of phone calls I made during this ordeal only added to my dismay. The first call was abruptly cut short due to a system freeze, leaving me without any resolution. The second call, though somewhat informative, led to a bizarre scenario in the freezing cold. I was instructed to open a lockbox and retrieve the locks for my unit, only to find the box empty. Multiple attempts ensued, and after the tenth try, I finally stumbled upon a locker with an actual lock. However, upon closing the unit, I discovered a critical flaw - there was no hole in the door for the lock to secure.Subsequent calls, handled by different individuals, proved equally frustrating. One call abruptly ended as soon as I reached the lockbox, leaving me hanging in the cold. Another call, handled by the same person as the second, resulted in the realization that I had been given the wrong type of lock for outdoor units. Back to square one, we embarked on a trial-and-error process of opening different lockers until the correct one was found.At this point, the freezing temperature made me reconsider my choice of unit. I requested a change to a climate-controlled one, understanding the transfer fee but suggesting, in a somewhat joking manner, that the fee could be waived given the considerable inconvenience I had endured. The response was less than empathetic - a half-hearted acknowledgment that they could try to waive the fee but a reminder that I was, at least, being allowed to change my unit. Despite my reservations, I paid the transfer fee, marking the end of a grueling hour in the freezing cold.Now, with the transfer completed, I faced the challenge of finding my new unit. The staff seemed equally clueless about its location. After navigating different buildings for what felt like an eternity, I eventually stumbled upon my unit. The immediate impression was disheartening - a terrible, pungent smell and the overall ambiance akin to a trash area. Upon opening the unit, I was met with the sight of wrappers scattered within. Fatigued after a day's work, I reluctantly picked up the debris, resigning myself to the fact that the day's trials were far from over.To add context to the initial communication lapse, the facility explained that their delayed response was due to the aftermath of an accident on their premises. While this information shed light on the reason behind the initial lapse, it hardly justified the subsequent cascade of issues that unfolded during my virtual move-in. This entire experience stands as the single worst encounter I've had with a storage facility, calling into question their competence and professionalism.

I rented here two different times, both times for around 2 years each (2017-2019, and then again from 2021-2023). This is extremely important: for both of my ~2 year leases at this location, they never once raised my monthly rent. The rent for the unit did go up from my first lease to the second lease a few years later, but during my lease agreement my rent never increased. This was amazing and definitely not the norm for most storage places.Both times, the service was excellent and the move-in and move-out procedures were extremely quick and easy. I was able to sign a lease online and move into my unit on the same day. Move-out was similarly easy, I emptied my unit out and sent the manager an email, and she emailed me my move-out confirmation within a week with no further charges or anything.I used their A/C climate controlled unit both times and there was never any issues with the climate control, pests, or any other storage issues during my time there. I highly recommend this Storquest location for any climate controlled storage you may need. I really appreciate the service from the staff at this location and even though I have now moved out of the area, I will recommend this storage unit facility to any of my friends in the area who need it.

Listen up if your looking for a cool spot to store your personal belongings storquest is that place. I have never had any problems with any staff or tenant at storquest. I appreciate them having me as a tenant.
