I’ve lived here since signing a lease as a freshman, before the building was even finished, and now I’m preparing to graduate this spring in the same apartment. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The apartments are stunning, with an incredible view, bright white finishes, and a modern furniture package that makes the space feel open and inviting. My favorite feature is the kitchen, especially the huge island—it’s perfect for hosting friends.
Beyond the aesthetics, the staff is outstanding. Marissa, the property manager, goes out of her way to learn everyone’s name and always greets residents with a smile. The maintenance team is equally impressive, quickly resolving the few issues we’ve had.
Choosing to live here was one of the best decisions I made in college. With all the chaos that comes with student life, it’s been a relief to have housing I could always count on.

I've lived at Stadium House Gainesville for the past 3 years now. While it is expensive to live here, with the rates increasing yearly. You simply cannot beat the location. As a current senior, this apartment complex is a 5-7-minute walk away from all of my classes. The apartment is pet-friendly, and the staff is very accommodating. They always want to know how they can better serve you. In addition, stadium house is right across the street from midtown and most buildings on campus. Love it here!

I worked and lived here! The location is great and everyone is friendly. Things are bound to happen from time to time but the front office and the maintenance team always are quick with dealing with every problem the arises. It can’t get much better than this!

This apartment complex is perfect, it’s also very close to the university and the rooms are amazing and the staff never disappoints always glad to help you out like my experience with Marissa one of the staff members helped me out so much till I moved in and even more so if you ever come across to her you’re in good hands.

Stadium House has been very accommodating for me! There is a Publix down the street, walking distance to class, and I have enjoyed the amenities such as study rooms, the pool, and even the gym. Maintenance have been very respectful and have a quick turn around time for our maintenance requests.

Vomit, human and animal waste, Homeless people sleeping in the hallways, constant fire alarm pullings, terrible location for residents next to midtown, cheap construction of building is evident through its paper thin walls. Cooking is impossible as the rooms are not insulated enough causing the smoke alarms to go off every time a burner is used. Subleasing is actively discouraged by management in order to sell rooms in other apartments (e.g. the Griffin), owned by Stadium House’s parent company.

I LOVE living here! Location is so amazing, tons of food options right under you, Wawa 24/7 right there!! It’s all new, clean, and the staff are so so kind and helpful with anything that comes up. Super amazing, I just graduated but I’d live here another year if I could ?

Honestly super chill place to live. Everyone’s nice. Its walking distance to campus, mid town, publix, and lots of food options. Next year will be my third year here and I can say I’ll be sad to leave once I graduate. Also the roof top pool makes college life worth living.

I love stadium house. It’s close to everything and so nice! They keep it clean and welcoming. Just a shirt was to the stadium as well! Doesn’t get better than that!

I've been at the Stadium for over a year now, and it's been a fantastic experience. Over the past year, they've significantly improved maintenance and cleanliness. Cleaners are there every morning, vacuuming and replacing wipes for the gym equipment, which now includes new mobility gear. The building always smells fresh. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, readily addressing any questions you may have.The photo is from the study area, I took one afternoon because the quote just spoke to me that day. :)
