I went to this location to get my second COVID-19 shot and the blue haired chic that waited on me at the counter never said ANYTHING about me needing to fill out any paperwork. So I sat there waiting for about 20 minutes until I see a guy walk up and I heard him say “no I don’t have an appointment, is that a problem”. He was told it’s ok. A few minutes later he was told to “Fill this out” and we will be right with you. Then they took him in to get his shot. Bull Crap ?‼️ I was there for 20 MINUTES before this guy and his kid. So I went back up to the counter and was told that the pharmacist has to print my paper and to have a seat and they would call me in just a few minutes. It took me going BACK UP TO THE COUNTER and using my OUTSIDE voice to ask if I need to come back there an TEACH someone how to print a form‼️‼️ But it took me 45 VERY LONG MINUTES to get my COVID shot at this location. They had 5 or 6 employees back there walking around acting like they did not know what in the hell they were doing. Including one blonde ??♀️ that kept pulling her ponytail down and then putting it back up. She did this at least 7 times that I counted. Messing with your hair and then messing with my drugs is NOT good with me. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE‼️‼️‼️

This Walgreens is so pitiful. The pharmacist aren't your friends. My son has gotten the wrong dose of medicine. I've been shorted on my pain medication more than once. Now they count it in front of me. I've gotten medication that I know longer take ect.... I could go on and on. I know I need to change Pharmacies but it so inconvenient. My old pharmacist always got me good prices. and was just very caring and concerned. This Walgreens pharmacists need to step up. They're are nice people working there but I just get extra stressed when it comes to my medication, my son's medication. I think thats wrong.
