I rented a Uhaul truck from this business. I originally was going to keep it for 8 hours, but as the day went on, I realized I needed it longer. I called to let them know I'd have the truck longer than anticipated due to bad weather and the fact that I currently have a broken wrist. The man I spoke with was extremely nice and very understanding. He told me to keep the truck for a few more days if need be, and he'd make sure I wasn't charged a penny more than I'd already paid. I honestly couldn't believe how nice this man was being - over and beyond! It actually took me a bit to get him off of the phone; he told me at least a dozen times that I would not be charged another penny.
We returned the truck the next day. The office was closed, so we put the keys in the overnight box, as directed. Well, I did get charged extra, so I called them again. This time, the story changed: It's out of their hands, Uhaul does the charging; he blamed it on a man that no longer works there, I'd have to call Uhaul, etc.
I left a bad Google review. Then I got a phone call from upper management apologizing for the entire incident. Ironically, I'd just checked my bank account, and the extra charges were gone. I explained this to him, and he was thrilled that everything was resolved; I was, as well. He asked if I'd please remove the Google review, and I did.
I checked my bank account yesterday morning, and there are now more charges from Uhaul! I called the manager back and left a message; so far, I've gotten no response.
If you need a Uhaul, go to a more reputable dealer.

The manager, Mike, was incredibly helpful and kind as he went out of his way to price match a unit so it could be more affordable. He also made sure I had ample amount of time moving in and out of the unit when I explained the gap in time between my two apartments. Genuinely such a wonderful experience, thank you so much!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with UHaul pick up. Our reservation was on July 6th 9.30am (reserved it 2 weeks ago).
Our UHaul was not available as mobile pick up nor no one was found in the office. They are normally open on Saturdays. We called both UHaul and Devon customer service, no one was able to figure it out.
We went to another Devon location, they were also unaware of it. We hired movers to help and our truck was not ready on that time.
Please go to their office few days ago and remind them about your reservation or use another location for Uhaul even it will be more miles.
