I have been relying on Sound Ideas for almost 30 years for equipment, advice, and installation. Most recently I desperately needed an upgrade to my internet modem and router (Apple AirPort Extreme!). They installed everything (router, WAP, wires, etc.) flawlessly. And when they were done, it just works! I could not be happier with their expertise, skill, care, and installations. The only place to go!

Fished wires through walls, placed the WAPs strategically (and measured the space so they would be centered), programmed everything, and when they were done, it just works! I could not be happier with their expertise, skill, care, and installations. The only place to go!

I worked here for about 9 years. As an ex employee I still only have good things to say. They will do whatever is necessary (within reason) to make sure the customer is happy and the sales people are very knowledgeable.

Paul B. has worked with me twice to upgrade my sound system, once 10-12 years ago and again this year. He is an expert in his field and is a fair businessman. His technical team was great. Tyler and Scott did an outstanding job of delivering the new La Scala speakers and setting them up.They used the garage as a staging area to pack up the used equipment and left it in better shape than they found it.I found them to be knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Paul B is fortunate to have these guys working for him! I understand that Tyler tells a good joke too, although we missed that side of his personality.Paul Smith

These folks have truly served me well, and not on a MacIntosh budget. A newcomer to FL, I dropped in, and consulted with Jonathan, who sold me a brilliant Onkyo Integra receiver, and two magnificent "bookshelf" speakers: too heavy for most bookshelves. To top that, he recommended Tim, who expertly installed a new sound system in my Honda S2000, which retained all the dashboard controls. Sterling professionals, all round.

I can't say enough good things about my experience and service from Brian and the team who handled my project. To say they went over, above, and beyond when it came to making sure everything about the installation was perfect is an understatement. There were a couple of pesky remote. programming and projector compatibility issues to work through, and they would not give up or sign off on the project until everything worked perfectly. I smile every time I listen and view anything in my theater. I can't recommend them highly enough! 5 stars!

Always provide very thorough service! We recently had lightning strike near the house. While our home surge protection engaged, it still travelled the water lines and internet. So our home AV system was hit. Nicole in the office was amazing in helping with our issue. They sent Troy who was very informative and friendly.

Deleted my 4 year old review. I e been going to Sound Ideas for a long time. When they had repair service they always got me squared away. Meanwhile I've bought numerous speakers and turntables from them and they are always helpful, try not to break my bank, and get me sounding good and on my way every time! Endless knowledge between the staff let's you know you're in good hands.

Sound Ideas has provided me with the absolute best service I've had from a group of excellent and well informed individuals. Specifically David and Johnny who took the time to educate a complete beginner just for the love of the hobby which led to me purchasing a Rega P6 and pair of Martin Logan loudspeakers that both sound and work incredibly. I highly recommend Sound Ideas to both beginners, experts, and everyone in-between as a wonderful place to shop and just a pleasant place to be. I was very impressed my first visit, so I took my husband in. We are building a home and we want to have Sound Ideas come out and complete the additional smart home wiring we need. I'll update this post once we have the work completed.
