Super friendly and great store to get everything you need! Definitely worth calling ahead to make sure it’s open, but I’ve had nothing but good experiences here! Looking forward to taking a trip for more architecture supplies this week!

I called to see if they carried a particular type of paper/stationery, and while the owner didn't have that or carry it, he gave me the website they use and said if I saw it there, to let him know and he'd order it. He was IMMENSELY friendly; I'll definitely be using this place and suggesting it to all my artsy friends.

Good selection of art supplies, plus a very sweet dog. Asked the owner for advice on painting on polyester lace. Followed their advice and the result is great. Thanks so much, love the space and the community focus of that building.

Tiny, disheveled art supply store. Doesn't look anything like the photos posted and almost appears abandoned inside. Didn't have the basic supplies I was looking for. They seem to sell limited drawing supplies.

Went all over town to the big box stores looking for a couple erasers and specialty papers. Google showed me SoMa in results and I'm glad I found it. Owner was very helpful finding me what I was looking for. Variety of items you can't get in other places. Good prices and great customer service. Thank you again for the free bonus items you provided. Happy new artist with her new supplies.

WOW. Artists, this is truly the only store in gainesville to carry supplies for more than just hobbyists. My husband and I walked in the back door and thought we had stumbled upon someone’s private studio. The (presumable) owner and his dog were so helpful and friendly. I am hoping I never have to set foot in a Michael’s again.
