Egregious living conditions, if I could give zero stars I would. No reason for there to be painted over and nailed shut windows leaving the apartment completely dark to leave mold to grow with the humidity. Signed the lease in the summer after being told construction would be over by thanksgiving, now to have to deal with banging, hammering, machine drilling, etc. all from 8am all the way till 1 in the afternoon for almost 5-6 weeks in a row during midterms. On top of that, during finals week we’re having more construction where they are painting over windows and needing to come IN the apartment. No clue who runs the managing but it is absolutely horrible. Save yourself the money and find somewhere else to live.

I was looking for a new place to live in Gainesville for the upcoming senior year. Haylee One of the staff members showed me around the property and was very helpful. The apartment building is going to look amazing once it’s ready.

Do not fall for the same trap I did. Been living here for 2 years now and never have seen the building with scaffolding or under construction. Can not tell what time of day it is in my apartment because for what ever reason they painted over our windows on top of blocking them off. This place is depressing and I highly recommend to find a different place to live because trust me there are cheaper, nicer options

Construction on the walls of my room for the 2 weeks since I moved in. We weren't informed there would be any construction unti 2 weeks before move-in. I don't understand how the same rent is being charged whenever I can't access my balcony, there is constuction from 8am-6pm, no amenities, and there are workers coming into my room to change the windows (which are painted over- there is no light inside our apartment). Seriously just taking advantage of people.

Zero stars if possible. They gave no notice to the construction until after move in. My apartment has no natural sunlight has all the windows and doors are painted over. I wish I never choose to live in this dump as I have had an ants overcome all the room. Even after “spraying” they still manage to come and after several attempts. The construction leads to every door in the building unlocked in the building meaning any one can walk in at anytime as the doors are wide open. I have never lived in a place with worse management as well as they take zero accountability especially with these google reviews only saying “sorry” and leaving a phone number to call which my roommates and I have and shocker they do nothing and treat you with disrespect. Do not trust a single 5 star review here it’s just an attpemt to boast there ratings. This is a nightmare being here listening to banging all hours of the day and have had no peace staying here during the day! I wish I never signed.
