I have been living in Gainesville for a while now and this is the best smoke shop I have stepped foot in! Very excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable about product's and friendly. Took directions to here and they were supposed to be open. Heard great things about it… but there was a hand written sign on the door that said “Back in 20-Minutes” and it was locked - so not sure I can leave an accurate review, but that was a bummer
