Sold a F90G to Slices concession and everything was very smooth and easy. The payments were as they said they were and very reliable. Good company to sell to. If you have a machine to sell I would recommend these guys.

Absolutely incredible experience. So much so - it’s worth going into detail.
Slices has a good selection of used soft serve machines, and at the time, I wasn’t very experienced with the different models and I needed some guidance. The sales support staff was very knowledgeable. No pressure - just helpful in learning what would be best for our purposes.
Once selected, it took a few weeks to prepare the machine (we ordered at a busy time). When it was ready, I received videos of my exact machine being tested with actual ice cream mix. It’s very reassuring to see a previously used item you're purchasing working perfectly. We then received photos of the machine boxed up and on the truck. The documentation of the process was so wonderful to have.
Once received, we all noticed how wonderfully it has been packaged to help prevent damage during transit. One note is that machines are HEAVY - so be prepared with people. We got it moved into place, replaced the plug (we had a different power receptacle) and powered it up. Worked flawlessly. It also included a printed manual and a welcome package that really helped with understanding the setup, operational, and cleaning processes.
We still had some operational questions as this was our first soft serve machine, and Slices support was there each time with the answers. There is nothing like having that support after you purchase something; they know their stuff and it shows.
It’s not often in today’s business climate to have a company that hits it out of the park in what they do. Slices Concessions did just that. It was about as flawless a transaction that I have experienced. The small details were very much appreciated.
Big kudos to the entire staff, from the people we talked with on the phone, to the warehouse and back office people for taking time to care for and prepare the machines so well before going out. Everyone did their job perfectly, and I cannot recommend Slices Concessions more. I know this is gushing - but it was that good of an experience.

Worse place to ever buy any equipment from , we bought a Taylor custard machine about three months ago and we had nothing but issues with it, I can recall the machine running for about two weeks normal , after that it was nothing but issues, we have spent over $3000 on trying to get this machine running , still no luck, we called the owner to let them know that machine needs a new motor , she said we can send you a used one , Im not interested on a used aftermarket one just like the belts that you guys put on there . we have 4 stores going up and I will never ever ever buy another thing from them . I WILL MAKE SURE no one ever buy anything here from you guys ever again

Their “Warranty” is horrible. You are gonna pay full price for the machine and it will be delivered with dents and not functioning properly. Customer service will 100% say it’s “operator error” It’s been LESS than 30 days of ownership and they won’t pay a $350 invoice I got from the manufacturer (Taylor) for having them come out to fix it. Wow, great way to say thanks for spending $16,000.
