It will do for a quick overnight stay while traveling but the room hasn't been vacuumed or wiped down. There are crumbs on top of the fridge and under the bathroom sink. The headboard is grimy looking. The room smells clean but the floors say differently.

Not quite sure why but the lady in the morning that prepares the breakfast has some fouibles about her. For 1, she just stands in the doorway of the kitchen. Alternating between sitting at a table and the ? in a very obvious and conspicuous manner and just stares at people as they come in and out like literally just sits there and stares she'll look off every now and again or she'll move around like she has ants in her ? pants. The food is good. In all honesty I feel like an inmate when she sits there and watches. Like a C.O during chow. A Little uncomfortable ? Out side of that Stephanie is amazing. Ms.Joy is always helpful. Hotel is clean. Well lit parking lots at night ?. Cameras outside ?. Wholesome environment ? all in all.

I would give this hotel a 7/5 if I could! I am so surprised by all that was included! My friends and I were in town for the Gators football game vs Kentucky (48-20 win!). We had been looking for a hotel but most were booked. Somehow Sleep Inn had a room available so we grabbed it. I called the hotel and spoke to Bruce about a week before our reservation just to make sure we were all set. It was then that he informed me that there is a free shuttle to and from the game! I was definitely not expecting that!
When we arrived, we were greeted by April who showed me how to sign up for a shuttle ride. She then informed me of the included tailgate that the hotel was providing. Another awesome surprise! Burgers, hotdogs, sweet tea, lemonade, cake, snacks and clear bags for us to take into the game! Our room was clean, ready early and I loved that we had a printed channel list in the room as well! Breakfast was good and although the exercise room is relatively small, it was useful. The shuttle took about 15 minutes to get to the stadium area and true to their word even though we were the last ones to get to the pick up location at 12:30am, Herbert came to get us.
The hotel had plenty of parking and is located in a great spot right off 75, with plenty of restaurants around. Will definitely look to stay here in the future!

This was a fantastic stay! We came here for a football weekend and were pleasantly surprised by so much! The hot breakfast, the cookies and coffee, the tailgate food, and the shuttle ride to and from the game were all included in the price of the room!! The staff is all wonderfully kind and helpful. The carpets could use an updating and our window was quite dirty but other than that, this was a perfect choice for a football weekend! Very convenient to shops and food and the interstate as well!

I have stayed at this hotel several times to include the very first time I came to Gainesville. The staff has always been excellent and the hotel is very nice and clean. They have an excellent breakfast in the morning.
My last stay didn’t end well. I am a retired military and was getting some extensive dental work completed in Gainesville at the VA hospital. In the evening, the fresh extractions were sore. I decided to go for a walk. I looked outside through a set of exterior doors and turned around to a belligerent night manager who was extremely rude as she would not exchange conversation.
Later in the evening, I used the stairs to go from 3rd floor to 2nd floor drink machine. I received a phone call from the desk manager stating that I would be escorted out by the police if I propped the door open for someone again. I was so upset! The blatant nerve of anyone accuse me of such a stupid thing! I was so angry that I got no sleep the entire evening..The next day I went to the desk when the new shift came on.. I told them what had taken place. I was told she would pass it on to the General Manager. She didn’t take my name or numbet. NOBODY CARES HERE!! I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

We found cockroaches and one of the beds was untidy. There is a brunette (I didn't really see her, I don't even know her name, she's medium chubby) at the front desk but she has a very bad character. The breakfast roommates very dirty.

I have to share this about my stay at this is hotel. At first I was very unhappy with the room we had gotten because of many reason that included cleanliness an odor. But to are rescue was the desk clerk that was on duty save us and found us a way better room that was clean and smelled great. The name of this Angel is Joy. Thank you Joy for listening to my concerns and making my stay so much better.

I came here with my daughter as she had orientation at UF for 3 days. Staff was great, room was clean as well as the beds and bath. Breakfast was nice and as I plan to visit my daughter at her college monthly, I will book here. I've been to many dumps out here in Gainesville but this place rates a lot higher then so many other places. Give it a try. Close to UF and was just right and affordable.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing prices.
From the moment we stepped into the hotel until we left, we had a great experience.
The staff was super friendly and quick to help. The rooms were clean. The pool area was clean. The lobby was clean with fresh popcorn and cookies. And breakfast was wonderful.
My only complaint is the room didn’t stay cold. The air conditioning would keep resetting itself to 75. Probably not a huge deal but we like our rooms cold when we sleep.
Other than the air conditioning, rooms were phenomenal. Clean, spacious, and comfortable beds.

The room, service, location and breakfast were excellent. Even the price was reasonable. The pool was clean and refreshing. I even thought the beds were comfy.
Of course one but: I have a severe sensitivity to smell and the lobby and rooms rugs were cleaned with something very strong that lingered so my rest was disturbed from the sneezing. If you don't have a problem with that GREAT place to stay!
