My dog is 9 years old her tooth broke and her face started to expand and scaring me I went to Shores to get help they got her all her shots they're setting up an appointment on June 4th for her to have surgery on her mouth I'm hoping everything will work out I've been going to Shores since Mr Shores owned it and when he passed they still kept up his beliefs about taking care of animals

Staff is amazing. Super kind and gentle with my current kitten and previously amazing with my old cat and provided excellent support and communication during the end of her life. 10/10 recommend

They have been very dishonest to me. Today I took my new kittens for their free vet visit after adopting them from Animal Services. I booked the free vet visit. The tech was very sweet and loved how cute they were. Then whisked them off one at a time for a few things. When I went to check out they said $540! At no point in time did anyone say that anything they were doing was not a part of their free first visit. No one said, ok this or this is not part of the exam you scheduled, here's what it costs. The vet and tech were very nice and caring, AND the manager acknowledged that someone should have disclosed this to me (but I had to pay anyway). I was so shocked and upset, and only now do I wish I had said no way, I did not consent to anything beyond the free checkup. There was NO informed consent, they just acted like it was part of the visit. I will be making sure this is known to as many people as possible, because they did nothing to make it right (even when the manager agreed with me). I feel extremely taken advantage of. Which is a shame, I have been taking my senior cat there for many years (although at her last visit they did pile on a bunch of things like they were necessary resulting in $400 for a cut on her back).

Shores has been a phenomenal experience with everyone from the Vets to the techs to the front desk staff. Kind and happy to see you when you walk in at 730 or 600. I happily make the trip across town for all of my furry family to get the best care.

The fact that my dog loves to go to Prestige shows us he's happy and well-treated there. Very nice staff, kind and efficient. We have always been very pleased with Reggae's care there.

My appointment was for my cat Moe to get his nails clipped. He is 14 years old and never needed his nails trimmed.. Moe was scared and aggressive. The staff was very professional. They calmed my anxiety as well as Moe. They were finally able to get Moe out of his carrier. (Any one who has had an angry, aggressive cat knows this is not an easy task). Everyone here is amazing. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet and helpful. They were super patient with me calling back to back when I had a concern that my dog was having a reaction and even connected me with the doctor to give me peace of mind. The Dr and assistant are also super sweet and funny and made sure I understood everything that was happening. We love it here!

Very good first experience. After a scheduling problem (I later figured out was my fault) they took me anyways and was very warm and welcoming. The doctors and vet techs was very nice and you can tell they love all the animals that come thru. Glad to have finally found Billie Jean Warhorse Fisher a place to stay healthy!

I’ve been going to Prestige for many years. The care and treatment of my pets has always been top notch. The staff are very nice, especially Emily. She really cares.

As a younger dog owner I was worried that my concerns would be ignored but that was not the case. They listened to all of my concerns and answered my questions throughly. They treated my dog amazingly and allowed me to feed him treats and help position him for the best experience possible.They were super respectful and kind.I highly recommend going to them for your vet care.

My dogs love ❤️ coming to Shores! The staff are always pleasant and provide excellent care. We're all on a budget so it's really helpful that they are able to provide very accurate estimates. I'm able to successfully implement my annual care plan for my babies with their help.

I have taken all of my pets to Shores my entire life and the service never varies. The vets are top notch and the staff (office and techs) are all friendly, helpful, competent, and compassionate. My current dog has has a series of ongoing medical conditions through which the vets and staff have supported us unwaveringly. I always recommend Shores to everyone unreservedly.

I've been going to Shores for 10+ years with several different cats. They've always treated me and my pets with care. Dr Joliffe is especially great. Luke and Megan at the front desk are awesome, too. It's great to find vets that are actually knowledgeable about cats (I've been to other vet's offices that have referenced dogs when talking about my cats health). When it comes time to have hard conversations about a pet's health, they are honest about what's going on. They don't try to sugarcoat things to spare my feelings. I very much appreciate that. No one likes bad news. But, I like to know just how bad things are, so I can make more informed decisions. And, for that, I will always come back to Shores.
