“A manage-like mister helped me to pack my item and explain everything about shipping it. Although the item contains battery this it can't be shipped in the center, that mister told me the pick-up procedure and gave me the number of the pick-up service. The price of the protective bubble was not cheap but considering the quality of it it's quite reasonable. To sum up, very satisfied experience!”

“Great UPS store and the employees are all knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Dropping off Amazon returns are always a breeze, just please read your Amazon return policy first, sometimes you HAVE to return the item in the same packaging it arrived in… read the details and don’t blame the store if you missed it. I don’t mind paying $1 for tape that I should have taken care of myself, I think of it as a convenience fee. It would cost any business a fortune in supplies if everyone expected this service for free!
