“Dropped off package yesterday. Young man at counter told me there was an internet issue but he will give me a receipt for package. Called today, left on hold 15 min and when asked about my package I was told to contact amazon. No real help here. Unfriendly attitude. This store needs to invest in a backup system for itself and train employees better attitude on phone. I DONT feel comfortable returning here.”

“What a pleasant experience! I was there to renew my passport. I had arrived before the appointment time but they took me right off. The whole thing was done before my appointment would have started.Staff members are kind, courteous, and helpful. Anyone can use this facility, and it's a "real" USPS location. I'll be going here from now on.”
“Big thank you to Jim! I dropped off a few packages this morning. Just before I pulled into the parking lot, a transformer blew and FedEx lost functionality on some of their systems. Jim offered to log the packages once their system was back up as a courtesy. Unknown to me, I dropped of a USPS package (that was in a FedEx pouch). By the time I made it to my office, I had a message from Jim who wanted to let me know about the mix up and that he would get the package to USPS as a courtesy. Wow! That kind of customer service is hard to come by. Thank you Jim and FedEx!!! Really appreciate it.”
“A manage-like mister helped me to pack my item and explain everything about shipping it. Although the item contains battery this it can't be shipped in the center, that mister told me the pick-up procedure and gave me the number of the pick-up service. The price of the protective bubble was not cheap but considering the quality of it it's quite reasonable. To sum up, very satisfied experience!”
