They don't know how to cut or color properly! They dress slovenly and are unprofessional and stink of cigarettes... don't waste your time or money.. not worth it. Will never ever go there again!

I also want to give Daphne a good review. I've been going to her for about 2 years and my hair is so much healthier and the color is far more natural looking. I now have a cut that I can blow dry, or not, depending on my mood and how much time I have. Never knew I had such texture.

Everything about Serendipity is amazing!! I highly recommend for all of your hair needs!! Both of my kids had color and cuts that were not exactly the easiest and they walked out looking incredible and so happy with the whole experience!! Will never use another salon!!

Lovely salon tucked in Haile Plantation. Daphne Neuhaus did my hair and she has been my stylist for over three years . She is excellent with color and cuts . I love the way the salon is arranged with individual rooms for more privacy .

I love this salon! I have been getting my hair done there for years, and all the stylists are fantastic! The salon is so charming, and everyone who works there is so lovely! They do book up quickly, (because they're so great,) so plan ahead and book in advance, as they don't take walk-ins. Love love love this place!
