Went in for a Mother's Day gift and didn't have a clue where to start, asked for help and was just ignored. Didn't buy anything. Worst customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Customer service sucks here. They watched me walk around for atleast 30 min and barely helped .If you can’t speak to people don’t work in customer service. Smile.Be vibrant.Welcoming. Talk amongst yourselves after the customer leaves that’s bare minimum..Still tried to be positive and thug it out cause I needed products asap but even God wasn’t feeling it and my phone died in the midst of payment -my sign to never return. Sistas stay clear

Chaotic atmosphere and poor customer service - equipment not working and couldn’t finder a scanner or credit card machine that did work - something broke and instead of cleaning it up they handed the lady who was helping me the dustpan and broom. Uh …. She is with someone? Can’t remember when I’ve had such disappointing ambiance and customer service. To rub salt in the wound, when the lady helping was talking about eye cream she said, and I am quoting, “you really need it” - wow - overall miserable experience.
I should have read the recent reviews BEFORE going in!

Bad costumer service. I asked to have an item put on hold and it was apparently sold the next day, un reputable and un professional.

Discriminatory. Needs bias training because the way the treat women of color is deplorable. If I didn’t need my items quickly I would have waited and ordered online. In all fairness all of the employees aren’t like that…but the ones who are need to go.

Very helpful employees today, but the smell is absolutely overwhelming. I get migraines and nausea from strong perfume and it was terrible. I might have to start shopping online if this is a constant

Always out of stock on so many things! I went in today for four different items and not a single one of them was in stock. I feel like every time I go in this is the case. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to keep items stocked. Very disappointed.

I was very clearly being discriminated against at this location. Rita the manager treated me terribly. I was making an exchange within 60 days with a product that was still half way full and she kept claiming it was empty when it absolutely wasn't. She grabbed an associate to do the return for me but said something secretly to her first. The associate proceeded to lie to me about store policy saying that I cannot exchange skincare products within the 60 days, only 30. I asked her where it said that and she showed me the return policy because what else could she do? which again confirmed that I can exchange or get merchandise credit within 60 days. I asked to see the manager again (Rita) and she agreed with the associate and what she said about the 30 days. Which is not the policy so again lied to my face. So I called her out on it. She kept saying well the main reason is it was empty so we got a second opinion from a different person and they confirmed that its half way full. She still wanted to go back and forth with me about this for at least 10 minutes until eventually she let me exchange my product. BUT she had a nasty attitude with it saying she's never going to do this again for me and that she's doing me a favor. This is not how you treat your customers and this wasnt the first time for her. I've heard so many bad things about her, but finally I am able to put a face to the name. I have friends who use to work at that store and hated Rita saying she was horrible to them as workers too. This woman should not be a manager at Sephora. Terrible customer service.

Sephora can be very overwhelming because they have so much to choose from but they have great sales and they are fast shippers. I like that they have their own brands and that they have testers available. I'd like to try the salon but it's super expensive and I'm not sure if it would be worth it.

this location treats their employees horribly and corporate needs to pay better attention to what’s going on here. you guys are selling MAKEUP. appreciate your employees more and maybe you will be able to keep people. management is not effective and unprofessional. customers are unhappy because THEIR employees are unhappy. they do not consider their employees mental health and very discriminatory against disabilities.

Store was as expected and busy but the parking is ridiculous and I won't be going back to that location for that reason.

SEPHORA is better for women than men, I went there to get some cologne, but they had higher prices and smaller selections than other competing stores. Service was acceptable, nothing special.
