The facility in general was well maintained. Their discount and terms were very agreeable. My wife and I had very bad experiences with a storage place across town. Tower Hill is a breath of fresh air- honest decent people who care.”
“Joseph and Amy were great. They helped me get a new storage unit over the phone before I arrived and when I did, they were ready! They knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. They took the time to step out and go install the lock for me before I got there. When I walked in. They confirmed my identity and handed over the keys to me. Then Joseph took the time to walk to the storage unit (declined my offer to give him a ride over to the storage unit as I drove by because of policy, which I respect. [I would have definitely broke and would have taken the ride if I was in his shoes so props to that guy]). He then showed me around the building my storage unit was located in and the storage unit itself.
The facility very well kept and clean. From the outside to the inside to elevator we used to get up to my unit.
Him and Amy were professional, beyond accommodating, and welcoming and for that they get a 5 star. Hard workers that are willing to do above and beyond their job description (with out being too try hard-ish). These people need a promotion if that’s what they’re after.

Air condition and humidity controlled makes for comfortable safe control environment. 24 hour day monitoring with friendly, extremely helpful staff cannot recommend them high enough. Prices change on the daily. Strike when the iron is hot. Price might go up tomorrow or might go down. Storage agent doesn't even know.”

“This review is solely based on my interactions with Sam Stangle. I originally stopped to look at a shed approximately 6-8 weeks prior to making my purchase on 10/21/2025. Each time I’ve met with Sam, he was super courteous and very friendly. He doesn’t try to over talk you or push you to make a purchase before. He walks around and show you the inventory on the lot, and if what you’re looking for isn’t present, he’ll let you know if it’s even available with his company.
My shed hasn’t arrived yet, but on 10/22/25, I received a call from their company to congratulate me on my purchase, and provide me a contact number should I have any questions or concerns; Sam did the same.
I’m ready for my beauty to arrive!!!”

“The units are basic non-air-conditioned units, various sizes. The people are friendly. Please make sure you pay your fees before the grace period is up, or they will over-lock it.”
“Perfect place for small business owners and entrepreneurs! I have a few friends that runs businesses here and they all love it. The place is kept clean and the friendly staff is always around checking on everyone. After I heard many good things about this place, I came in to rent a space. They were full but they placed me on a waiting list and will call when one comes up!! I heard they have another location in the area, but I want to be close to my friends.”
“Parking is limited on the streets (not that you would really need to park for anything except buying the unit). The owner is old school in nature so prefers conversation in person versus calling him on the phone. Units are clean, breathable, secured with a gate with a unique code and you can borrow a lock from the owner). When I go during normal business hours the owner is there and waves when I leave. Open 6am-9pm 7 days a week.”

“So far I only have had my storage for less than 1 month. It has been good so far. The guy at the front desk was very cool. They have temperature control units. They are cheaper than most. All my stuff fit. I can come and go any any time I please. I just wish I didn't have to walk all the way in the back to out stuff in my storage and take stiff out but I guess if I was more athletic it would not be a problem lol.”
