I was transferring my items to a larger unit and she chose an available one that had the easiest path to do that. A quick turn down a hallway to move bikes and it was also right next to a door, for easy unloading. I really appreciate the thought to make it as easy as possible for us. 10/10 experience. “I love supporting an old family businesses. Their prices are great and the owner is so easy going and friendly. I support spending money on local family businesses, and not national chains. The family has had a business on this lot since 1930 and there has been a storage unit facility here since the 1970s. EDIT I wrote this when it was owned by the McCoy family. They sold it to a national chain, so my review is not relevant, but as of now they have not raised the prices .”
“So far I only have had my storage for less than 1 month. It has been good so far. The guy at the front desk was very cool. They have temperature control units. They are cheaper than most. All my stuff fit. I can come and go any any time I please. I just wish I didn't have to walk all the way in the back to out stuff in my storage and take stiff out but I guess if I was more athletic it would not be a problem lol.”
“We were recently moved by 2 College Brothers. Brandon and DC did a smooth, professional job of moving our items from a third floor apartment to a condo. They are 2 nice guys who are strong and smart. Faith in the office was also pleasant to work with. We highly recommend this moving company.”
“I do not understand all of the negative reviews. I have rented from this location four or five times over the years. Definitely not frequently. But when I've needed something, they've always done a superb job. My most-recent experience took place 6/2 & 6/3. I needed to rent a trailer to haul a motorcycle home from Melbourne (200 miles each way). The pick-up Friday afternoon was smooth and fast. The young lady who served me, both at the counter and in the lot, was awesome. Very friendly and efficient. I returned the trailer Saturday afternoon. There was a young man in the lot who directed me to a drop-off spot. He unhitched the trailer, processed my return, and I was back on the road in less than five minutes without even having to go inside. Here's a bonus: I was an hour or two over 24 hours. I had initially reserved the trailer for three days (until Monday). They only charged me for one day! Wish Enterprise did that. LOL. Top marks for this U-Haul location!”
