I love this place! Scrubs by Design is amazing place to get scrubs! I went over the weekend with a friend to help her find scrubs for a new job. The owner was so sweet and so very incredibly helpful!! We will most definitely be back!! Thank you so much!!

I cannot sing high enough praises for Ms. Lindy and this establishment. When I tell you I got the biggest VIP treatment in my life it is an understatement. I started a new job and I needed scrubs and I never in my wildest dreams would have imagined I'd feel like I was saying Yes to the dress while trying on scrubs. I brought an amazing friend along and between her and Ms. Lindy; I had such a blast and felt like a princess. I was able to get five full outfits and a lifetime of memories from such a fun shopping excursion. I highly recommend going and getting your scrubs from this place I promise you the pricing is good, the selection is incredible, and this lady is an amazing person. She is patient, understanding, and just so much fun. You can truly tell she enjoys and has a passion for what she does.

I’m extremely upset with the customer service I received today. I purchased over $400.00 on new items for school which included a Littmann stethoscope on 6/25/24. I was told if I needed to return any items, I could bring them back within 30days, low and behold, I returned today to bring back a defective $105.00 stethoscope and the manager denied my return/refund. #unhappy customer.

I live in Lake City and we don't have a scrub shop anymore, so I came here&they have a great selection! Lots of different brands to choose from. The prices are a little high but the quality is good and the employees are very kind.

I loved the variety of brands, styles, and colors this store offered. Because they carry such a variety, they didn't have the many sizes of each product, but the woman who assisted me today was very helpful in ordering me the size I wanted in the color I liked! Everyone was very kind. I found my new scrub store! :)

So incredibly disappointed in this place. An employee who’s been there a long time has such an uncaring attitude. But, I’ve noticed that in the past from her as well. I’ve spent a good amount of money here in the past. I was bought a gift for Valentine’s Day that unfortunately didn’t fit and went in to exchange and hopefully buy more scrubs. However, it’s been 30 days since it was bought so I couldn’t exchange and she just pointed at the little sign. What stores don’t let you exchange?! You’d be getting the product back to resell and just getting a different size or something of similar value. It makes zero sense. Hate that this is the biggest scrub store in g’ville because surely makes me not want to support someone like this.

Unfortunately we drove 45 minutes to come to this store based on reviews and the great website, to find out they do not carry school uniforms and haven’t for quite sometime. Please update your website to reflect the changes you’ve made to your selection. Gas and time are far too expensive to travel and leave empty handed. Plus side, the woman working who greeted us was very warm and polite.

Store offers wide variety of scrubs for everyone and all different body types. I am a tall bigger girl and both pair of scrubs I've gotten fit great.

Drove an hour and a half to shop in Scrubs By Design because their Facebook and website indicated they were open, arrive and there is a note on the door saying they are closed. Extremely unprofessional to not advertise planned closed dates.
