The man at the member service counter directly lied to us. We decided to get a Sam’s Club membership today and went to the counter and they insisted that there’s only one membership and it’s on sale for $80 and there’s no such thing as a $50 one so I pulled out my phone and signed up for $50 online. Very dishonest. I told them I had multiple friends tell me it was 50$ and he said there is no such thing.

Crowded with buggies all over parking lot, but then again, that's always how it is at Sam's in Ocala. The parking lot is a nightmare, so I normally go to the Gainesville Sam's. It's nicer and cleaner with a better parking lot.

I went here today specifically to get some food from the deli. I checked online in advance to make sure the deli would be open and according to the website they are open until 7 on weekdays, it was only 6 so I figured I was good. So I asked some friends what they wanted me to get for them and went in the store only to find the deli was closed. According to staff they had to close early.

I always love coming here. It might be packed most of the time but the prices are unbeatable and the food is delicious. And the gas prices are the best around. I love coming here.

So I alway good experience, but I went today. The person who checks us out in the front. He let everybody go but not me by mistake, I did not scan one thing. So I went back and scan it, and when I came back, I just had one item in my hand and he checked me like, scan the thing and then let me go. But the person in front of me had like 7 items in his cart. He did not scan it. And he let them go, but I just had one thing and he scanned at and did not say anything. Please, please teach your employers something. Thank you. I hope you think something. Can you reply me back?Thank you

Line for leaving store. With the new scanning system if there is a line another associate should open both lines for exiting store.
