They need more diverse employees OR current employees should have some form of knowledge base of products to assist customers accordingly. Avoidance is simply poor service skills..grab a team member! Ugh🤦🏽♀️

Grace was extremely patient and kind when my 2 hour delivery order never showed up! She helped me through the process of contacting doordash, and sally beauty customer care from a weird situation of my order literally disappearing. I've honestly never had better customer service before, she was amazing!
