The salon is very nice and clean. Lexi, the stylist, is very nice. She listened to what I wanted. I got a Wash n Go. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because I don't think the product used were right for my hair. She used a lot of the Nairobi Wrapp-It Shine Foaming Lotion. The amount of product used was ample, but my hair just didn't stay. The definition I was looking wasn't there. Maybe I need to sit under the dryer rather than just the diffuser. The picture is my hair right out of the salon, in my car in front of the salon. I would go back to the salon and try a different style. Overall I had a good experience.

The Lace Training Class was the best Hands On Experience I’ve Ever Had! Lexi really takes her time in showing you her techniques and different methods of applying a lace frontal. I would definitely recommend to others who are interested. I am very satisfied with the services I received from Royal Beaute.

Referred by a friend, and my salon experience was great. She definitely provided great customer service, professionalism, a friendly/welcoming environment, and actually cares about the health of your natural hair. I would absolutely NOT recommend going to this so called "hairstylist" if you are of any type 4 textures. She shows texturism and is EXTREMELY rough with natural hair that isn't 3a or looser for absolutely no reason. There’s no reason you should be banging on my head. She shows favoritism between certain clients and picks and chooses when she wants to be nice and gentle. The entire time I was sitting in her chair she gave me a negative vibe and she had a attitude. The people giving five stars are her favorite clients so don't be fooled. Her Prices are absolutely ridiculous and there are so many unnecessary fees & the style doesn’t last.Reply: Why would I “Claim” to have a bad experience with you when in fact this was a real review. Why would I waste my time writing a review ? You’re weird. Like I said , you were rough with MY hair when in fact there’s no need for you to be blow drying my hair that way.
