I am fairly new to Florida and I was having a hard time figuring out what auto insurance coverages I needed here. I went in without an appointment and Ric and Sam were extremely patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions and gave examples to help me better understand everything. I really appreciated that and would absolutely recommend them.

Brittney did a great job of fixing my billing errors!
I had my auto insurance with this agent's office for years and recently added my home insurance with them. At the beginning of this year, I noticed my state farm app kept showing errors on the newly added policy. Therefore, I stopped by this office one day without an appointment, and Brittney took care of my case. She was brilliant and patient and was able to find the real problem. She explained the details to me well and kept communicating with me until the underwriting team fixed the problem. I appreciate her help and highly recommend her.

Brittney and the office has been such a help. I appreciate that they kept working an issues that was so troublesome with their Corporate side. It took time but they kept going and Brittney pushed and pushed, along with continually updating me.
