Cleanliness of the room could have been better, especially the kitchen and bathroom areas. Stove was filthy; roach in kitchen cabinet; and lots of hair on bathroom floor. Also, dishwasher didn't work.

This hotel is well run and well maintained. The staff here is incredible, they care, they pay attention, and they are professionals. The people here are amazing.The hotel is clean, and well maintained. This is a hotel where you show up and everything on the website matches in real life.If you are planning to stay in the Gainesville area and want an apartment style hotel room this is the place, you can’t go wrong.

I don’t travel much so when I do I like things with a sense of excellence. We understand there was a recent remodel and all spaces we saw were very nicely appointed. In fact, I slept hard in that new bed- unheard of when I leave home! I know there’s a big highway right behind the hotel, but, it didn’t bother me a bit! Haha! Regarding the people: every employee was more than polite; they were actually friendly! This hotel had staff such as Malcolm, with a personal professionalism that I don’t see often anymore. A young man like that is certainly an asset! The lady in charge, Faye, was phenomenal and certainly had a true grasp of how people like to be treated and that the details matter. Housekeeper Mia went above and beyond for me! Carlos at the front desk was so helpful every time I needed help! Great crew, which means great leadership: WELL DONE, Faye! We will be back and will tell all of our Facebook friends especially those who travel frequently!!
