I wrote a poem, and I needed it to have a certain layout. I also needed quality paper to have it printed on as well. Jim was very helpful, and the project was completed quickly.

Typically I have a good experience with renaissance, not good enough for me to leave a raving review but today’s experience was so overwhelming negative I felt it had to be documented. Maybe it’s just cause it was early or the grad students are overwhelming them but the staff was rude, extremely rude. Not even just to me but to everyone.I tried to be on top of my print job by emailing them before open with my files and according print specs, called twice to confirm the order during which was told it would take an extended time to get the print due to the lobby being full (I had a classmate there who said they were the only customer in the building) and then the second time I was told it’d be a delay because they needed to know how my files were laid out (it was a simply front to back print) so I told them I was coming in.I came in, waited to be talked to, simply said “hi, I spoke on the phone twice with you guys” the man said “one second”, ignored me for 10 minutes and then came back with my prints exactly how they were meant to be, without needing to know how they were laid out.I understand they’re human too but this was over complicated by lazy workmanship and rude attitude towards customers. Looking into using target copy or even buying a damn printer. Thanks Bobby!

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review, but I’ve had such a bad experience with Renaissance recently I felt I needed to!I wanted to place an order for some business cards and the online portal was not working, so I called in and was told that I could send in the PDF via email and get an e-proof to approve. Then after sending it in via email, they insisted I come in person to see the proof and told me it would be ready by 9am the following day. I asked via email if I could do an e-proof (as I was told on the phone) instead since the physical location isn’t convenient to me, but got no reply so showed up that next morning. They could not find the order and then a staff member came over apologizing and said she forgot to make the proof for me, so I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready. I had to edit the bleed on the document (because I didn’t want to pay their $20 fee for that edit) so had to resend it in later, and the e-proof they sent me was formatted wrong. When I asked them to edit it, they sent me another wrong proof with the back completely missing from the business card. A small job (100 business cards) taking that much back-and-forth and miscommunication is ridiculous. I just gave up on the order and my employee went to a conference without business cards.We have a lot of print jobs we need for our business but will be finding another vendor because of how mismanaged this one was.

The Old Reliable. You want a poster printed at short notice, they go back in time and give it to you the day before your request. They're that good.

Locally-owned and operated; reasonable prices and fixed a problem I created. I use them all the time. (They also helped my sons with the BSA Graphic Design merit badge a few years ago.)

Absolutely deserving of 5 stars! Jim O'Sullivan and his team do fantastic work. Not only did they do most of my daughter's wedding printing needs, including name cards, thank you notes, welcome signs, and programs, but just recently they did a HUGE printing job with unusual requests for my employer on an extremely short time frame and knocked it out of the park. Final results were even better than I anticipated. I will always use Renaissance for all my printing needs. Thank you!
