Raymond and his team have been servicing my family's cars for over a decade. He's honest and to the point, and has never steered us wrong. He doesn't charge for unnecessary labor or parts and doesn't break other things hoping for repeat business (as I've seen other unscrupulous mechanics do). When asked he takes the time to explain things clearly, succinctly, and in a manner most anyone can understand. He doesn't beat around the bush and works hard and fast to get the job done EVERY.
