I brought 7 short sleeved shirts in for wash and press, usually around $5 to 6 dollars per shirt. When I picked them up she said they required hand ironing due to the fabric content and charged me $76.27 for 7 shirts then gave me $5 off for a new customer. If they had called with the new price I would have washed and pressed them myself but no call.We are new to the area and I only paid $6 per for the same shirts previously. There are plenty of cleaners nearby, so be sure to ask for a price upfront. A phone call would have saved them a customer, but I will not be returning here to be ripped off again.

Extremely rude gentleman working the front. No wonder they have less than 3 stars. Didn’t even get a chance to use them… Wouldn’t waste my time here. Take your business somewhere else!

Do not go, they are the worst! Dropped a dress off and I was told to pick it up in a few days, when I arrived it wasn’t there and so I came back a week later and they claimed they could not clean it and that they tried to contact me via my phone number but I haven’t received any phone calls in the past week from their number, my dress was crumpled up in a bag tied to a hanger and they said it would be ruined if they tried to clean it, biggest bs I have ever heard. Worst customer service, unprofessional, unreliable, I seriously advise not going here if you want to have your clothes cleaned professionally

I use this cleaner regularly and quite a lot because it is in a convenient shopping center that also has the grocery store the bank and the hair salon. But if there were another cleaner as convenient as this one I would probably go elsewhere because of the hours. This place closes up at six. With a full-time job it's just impossible to get here by six. And many times when I come in the middle of the day they have only one single person working here and she has gone off to buy lunch or something so yes it's sort of hard to use this cleaner and if you can find another one that's equally convenient and has more appropriate hours do so

$400 John Elliott shirt ruined and the place will not respond because obviously they followed 100% the dry cleaning instructions on the shirt. It was in great condition when it was left at this location and returned to me trashed. They even blamed the manufacturer. It was the shirt's fault! It was the second time I dry cleaned it (the first time at a different location of course.) I'm not saying that a few clothes will be returned as they should, I am saying be prepared to lose your clothes and for them NOT to respond to you because they will never ever be at fault. You have been warned. Be aware of this place. Perfect and easy business model to cash in if you are never responsible for damages because people are going to trust in your word? What this business is has a term but I will leave it up to your discretion.

Called ahead of time about getting a suit rushed and asked if it was possible to get back the next day. I was told yes. I came back the next day just before closing and was told they don't offer next day and that I'll be lucky if it's back in 2 days which is 3 days from when I dropped it off. So now my husband has no suit for his physician fellowship interview. Absolutely not going back.

The young man with the blonde hair was always nice and took great care of me. Service has gone downhill without him. The woman behind the counter was polite to me. However she had bloodshot eyes and the lobby reeks of marijuana, will not be giving these people my business again.

Quality cleaners will damage your clothe and won't do anything about it!!!I brought an expensive leather jacket to get it "professionally cleaned" and when I picked it up I noticed that it was not the same color and the leather looked dry.I decided to go back to speak with the manager to see what could be done. When I arrived one employee kindly told me that the manager would call me to see how we could make it right.Never received a call in 3 weeks so I ended up going to the store to see what was the deal. Because I realize that accidents happen, I went with all the respect and just asked for my jacket and what was going to be the solution for their mistake. Then the store manager treated me like garbage and had a horrible attitude. she said all she could do was to give me a store credit!That's when I started to get nervous and kindly asked her to lower her voice and to stop with the bad attitude and explained that a store credit would not help since I would never use their services again.To my surprise she started to yell even louder.So please! Don't ever leave your clothe in hands of these mediocre people.They would never take ownership of their mistakes, instead they will treat you like garbage!! I guess this business treat people like they see themselves, like TRASH! They literally look like TRASH!They are expensive, careless, irresponsible, rude and low class people!

They were not able to give me all my clothes back at the same time on the date they said they were to be ready. It has been two weeks and I am still missing a blouse. They also damaged a pair of my pants. I will no longer be giving them my business. There are too many other cleaners that have excellent customer service.

Posting on be half of my mother. She took her sorority sweater in to get a small make up stain out of the chest area. She dropped it off on a Thursday and was told she could pick it up the following Monday. When she returned, they told her it was not ready. She returned THREE SEPARATE TIMES after that over the course of a month and was still given excuses. On her last visit, they finally presented her with the sweater but with a large pink blotchy stain around the neck area. The young clerk who was there at the time claimed not to know anything about how the stain got there nor did the manager she spoke to on the phone acknowledge any responsibility. They are trying to say that she brought the sweater in that way. That could not be further from the truth.

The young clerk who was there at the time claimed not to know anything about how the stain got there nor did the manager she spoke to on the phone acknowledge any responsibility. The manager who took the sweater in (Dory), as well as the person who does the actual cleaning (Johnny) are both saying that she brought the sweater in that way. This could not be further from the truth. They are simply not willing to accept responsibility for what clearly was some sort of accident on their part during the cleaning process. I can accept an accident, but flat out lying about it is unprofessional, unnecessary, and unacceptable.

My normal cleaners were closed week of 4th of July, tried this place. When I dropped off my suits, the lady came out as rude as ever, gave me a look like I slapped her mother. I don't like being treated as a customer who is inconveniencing the staff. I'm glad I have a choice when picking a dry cleaner, because I certainly won't choose this one again.
