this is a pretty nice Publix. I've been to a bunch of them in Florida Georgia, etc. and I would say this is one of the bigger ones. They have a really good childcare department caring a lot of the formulas which is really nice. The pro department is nice and when I went there at the bakery department was extremely helpful. it's very large and spacious as well and extremely clean from when I went. Weirdly enough the parking lot has large parking spots, which is nice. The prices are normal for any Publix. Everyone here was very nice and helpful and they seem to have everything you need. one of my favorite Publix of all

Mike P. who works in the Publix Liquor was the best employee I’ve ever encountered while going there!! He welcomed me in as soon as I got there, had a conversation with me not only about what I wanted to buy, but about other things like my new puppy and gave me tips on how to care for him!! Mike is an outgoing person and because of him, I will always come back to this location!! Thank you Mike!

I ordered a cake and a 12 case of cupcakes for my birthday around 3 or so days ago, I came today to pick them up and low and behold, they didn't make either of them. I am genuinely upset of the service I have recieved, but the cake was still fine after they finally made it.

My work brings me to Gainesville often, putting me up into a nearby hotel that is lucky enough to be near a publix. I walk there most of time because of the convenience and very good food . I'm very pleased with what they offer and how well they maintain the store as well as the very friendly staff that has helped me on several occasions. This morning, I preordered lunch to be delivered because I have to be back at the airport soon and didnt have time to walk to the market. Brian in the deli ( and the cooks who prepared the food) were a tremendous help with getting things taken care of. THANK YOU!

Found everything we were looking for and even more! Has an amazing variety of international products and chips that are very hard to find! Cashier was super nice and very caring about the shape of the store

In Florida I feel it is imperative to purchase Florida citrus, green beans and tomatoes. Whole Foods had none of these today, instead citrus from California and beans from Guatemala. Publix had what I wanted and easy in and out!

Margo in the Event Planning department is amazing. She is helping me coordinate a surprise for my son's 21st birthday, and she couldn't have been more helpful. The best customer service I have encountered in a long time!

I stopped by this Publix to get a few things I ended up leaving the store without making a single purchase.The lines were too long. The store was poorly staffed.The manager was standing there talking to someone. He did nothing to improve service at the registers despite the back up. The clerks were apologizing to the customers in line.It was a joke...Try a different s tire or prepare to wait...Good luck.
