My prescription was not ready when I was told it would be. They took another 3 days even though I had called 10 days earlier. The prescription I did pick up had instructions for another person and prescription.

I wanna give a shoutout to Hannah, who works at the Deli. She’s simply put the best. I have a a very particular item I always get in every Publix all over FL, when I get it at store 1111 and I’m fortunate enough to have Hannah prepare it, it is the best wrap and experience than any other store; she makes the best product and I’m actually sad when she’s not there to prepare it, since I know she’ll do it in the utmost professional manner, quickly and with a smile on her face. I can’t overstate how great she is and I deeply wish every Publix had such an engaged and amazing employee! You should give her a raise!!

Going in there today I saw couple of opportunities. 1st: the young gentleman in the deli seemed to b new & at 1st was by himself. If he was new he should have not been by himself. It's not fair to him or the customers. Same thing w/the young gentleman bagging my groceries & the cashier did try to help him but didn't say anything as to not embarrass him. Had I had the time w/no one else behind me I would have taken the initiative to help him. I understand they get short handed, it happens. I believe the employees need to be invested in regardless the hours they are available to work. I will still shop there just felt the need to share because I do care & did see opportunity.

Ordered my Sub online....when I arrived to pick the Sub up it was still not made. I waited patiently and noticed that a young man pointed out to the girl that my sub was due at 1:40pm...she finished and started mine but you could tell it was rushed. The sub was good but made in such a way that the ingredients were just falling out. Tomatoes on top instead of inside...not a huge big deal but everytime I order online my sub is never done on time. Its getting old...too bad as I love Publix and the deli...

I love Publix however this one seems to have a consistent problem in the Pub sub department. Never as thorough when making their subs, and it always seems to take about three times as long as other places. Several times I've just waited to be helped and no one really seems to want to make the subs. It's really strange. One girl in particular always seems kind of mad when making them- like she really doesn't want to. Every topping is like she's mad eye roll. I try to avoid going to this publix when I want a sub
