Very rude staff and prescriptions are never filled on time. Carolina Ridge is an extremely rude and disrespectful pharmacist here, and will make you wait hours to days for your prescriptions, claiming they are busy when they truly are not. This has been going on for years, better luck going anywhere else but this specific Publix if you want your essential medications on time.

Disappointed that I now have to treat this pharmacy like a fast food restaurant and double check my prescription bag because they didn't fill my prescription correctly. Usually they have good service, so not sure why I had to wait 40 minutes for a wrongly filled prescription (it was a single, prepackaged tablet) but instantly get it correctly filled (3 instead of one) when I'm upset at the counter? Edit 8/31/21: they're friendly as always, and I haven't had any another mistakes since my previous review. I appreciate their service, mistakes happen. I was just frustrated and my continued health problems didn't help.

The worst pharmacy in town. Will lie to you about wait time and take over three hours to fill something when there is no one else waiting for prescriptions. Completely unprofessional staff and unstaffed as it is.

Punk in pharmacy was rude, disrespectful and accusatory when friend attempted to drop off prescriptions for me.Stay away at all costs.That their rudeness and fill your prescriptions at CVS.

Ordered groceries for the first time and could get them sooner if delivered than if I picked them up. (Elder trying time avoid groups). It is 5:32 pm and I continue to get messages that Caitlin delivered my groceries at 2:51 pm. They are not here! And where is Caitlin with my $75 of groceries? Not a good first experience! I realize that it must be a madhouse to provide this service! The one sided communication is great from your standpoint, but if I can not communicate directly with the shopper it leaves me here and hungry! I will don a mask and go to Wards next time!
