Publix bakery is a joke. After getting this cake then taking it back because it wasn't what we wanted the manager Fred and his employee were very unprofessional and rude. The theme is safari first birthday smash cake. My friend payed a lot of money to get photos of her son smashing a cake and this is how you treat her? She asked to just have a white cake instead after they did not make what she asked and the manager refused and told her we don't have white cakes. We're very disappointed in how things were handled. My family, friends, and I will not be doing business with Publix again.

My family was visiting from florida and needed to go to this store a couple of times during our trip. I like the store, although navigating it is a bit confusing sometimes. The prices are reasonable and the selection was great. I found everything I needed. What stood out the most, though, is the friendliness of the employees. Every single person I encountered was engaging and kind. I was asked a couple of times how I was doing and if I needed help finding anything. Such a great experience. I always love visiting Publix grocery stores when visiting.

All the employees were great except Fred, he is horribly rude and treated me poorly at customer service. No customer should be treated with the disrespect that he did me. I asked him a few simple questions and he replied with sarcastic responses trying to make me feel dumb. I also witnessed how he treats the other employees which was far worse than what he did to me.

This is by far my favorite Publix to visit and shop at.. My neighbor works there and the cashiers Are always friendly and courteous at check out They usually have all their buy one get ones in. Stock in the aisles are always maintained. Management is friendly and helpful as well.

What is it about people these days?! It used to be that Publix was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed shopping there. Gotta say I asked three separate employees one of which was a manager who were unwilling to direct me show me or tell me where or if I could find what I was looking for. It makes me think Walmart is creeping in on Publix. The store manager must be on holiday or something.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I came in with 11 gift cards that I had collected thorough work over the last year and asked if there was a way to combine all of them onto one, a pain in the a** request, but they happily did it and then help me create a bomb chicken tender pubsub for the first time. You guys are great, really where shopping is a pleasure.

teach their deli staff,what's more important cleaning a slicer or Taki g care off a custermer standing at the counter waiting 5 min. already,,Corey said both, couldn't even answer my question, or maybe he don't know !!!!! RETRAINING TIME ,also he needs a class on how to talk to custermers without the snotty kid attitude

use to be my go to store for the deli use be awesome but now they act like you interfering with what ever they have to do couple weeks ago guy literally flung my popcorn chicken at me and walked away never checki g to see what else i needed. so left got my stuff at publix at humters crossing tried again today gave up and left was 7:04 pm didnt have what i needed was told deli done not doing anymore chicken tonight so hunter crossing be getting my measly 40.00 at deli from now on when we eat their food

Your cashier WILL G., is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered at a Publix in my LIFE. I do not know this man but throughout me and my roommates checking, he spent all 25 of those minutes insulting me to no end. Not only did WILL G. call me a "mess" and a "slob" and a "liar", but he also continued to instigate that I am a disgusting mess without even knowing me. My roommates made a joke saying I was the "messiest" in my household, and your employee without even knowing that that wasn't true, shoved himself into a situation he did not belong to and continue to insult me publicly for the next 25 minutes. I will never shop at this Publix again because of this incident and do believe Will G. deserves punishment or something to be done about his awful behavior. A person like Will G. should not be in the position to represent an establishment like Publix, he is a disgrace to your name and a terrible human being. I did not expect to be ridiculed by my cashier, but Will G. thought that was the right idea. I am appalled and insulted and angry. Take action.

Nice little liquor store, they always have everything for special occasions, even the top shelf stuff. My goto for parties or get togethers when I need something nice. Prices are actually slightly cheaper than most as well.
