I would give a zero if Google would allow. This was the worst experience I've had in a nail salon. They first sat me to do a pedicure and then after sitting for more than 15 mins they decided to dry my feet and send me for what should have been a fill on my nails. The guy sat down and reeked of beer so bad I mentioned it and he puts a mask on them proceeds to big my nails he was literally burning my fingers when I pulled my hand away because they were on fire he says look how hard I'm working here. Then proceeds to continue to grind them even further. The lady owner comes over I complained and she switched spots with him to finish my nails. The acrylic is so thick, completely uneven and it took longer for just the full on my nails than it took for my 2 daughters to get both pedicures and fills. Definitely will never recommend this place to anyone.
My 1 daughters pedicure left her feet rougher than before, when you leave from having a pedicure your feet should feel at its very best that's not the case in this salon. For 3 people to come in and all 3 walk out very unsatisfied with the worst quality experience ever in a nail salon this place really needs to reevaluate the way things are done here. Not to mention the constant nonstop family arguments between the owner and their daughter not any kind of ambiance what should be a relaxing experience.

I visited Pro Nails in desperate need of a pedicure. My big toe had a half-grown nail and discoloration that I was told couldn’t be covered up. Tracy overheard my conversation with the nail technician and stepped in, assuring me that she would handle it and not to worry. Tracy went above and beyond, transforming my toes to look amazing. She didn’t stop there; she meticulously aligned all my toes, giving them a flawless, Barbie doll-like appearance.

Bad welcoming and racism + they refuse to do regular nail service. Forcing us to pick expensive service.
Really bad

I was pleased they were able to see me as a walk-in, but maybe that should have been a sign.I needed a fill before my vacation, and the fill job was.....not great. A good fill should be undetectable, it usually looks like I got my nails freshly redone, and that was not the case here. The acrylic was uneven, weirdly thick, and you could clearly see the clipped off bits underneath the new acrylic. It looked terrible, frankly, but I was pressed for time and figured once the paint was on top no one can tell. I also kept asking for her to make them shorter as I've had a lot of new growth, and she'd file it for a second then ask if that was good. After about 12 instances of this, I gave up.As the tech was doing my nails, she was ridiculously file-happy. She pulled out the electric filer for every single step of the process- remove nail polish, file, clip acrylic, file, apply acrylic, file, apply base coat, file, etc etc. And she continuously filed my SKIN, not the nail. I eventually had to ask her to stop using the electric file because my skin was raw and aching, and the nail shape had been achieved 16 files ago.I showed her a picture of what I wanted when I first arrived, and she nodded and started working. After filing my skin to high heaven, she asked me to pick a color, and I was confused since I showed her what I wanted earlier. I showed her again, and she called for help from the other woman in the salon (I believe her name was Tracy since some other woman kept repeatedly yelling it). Tracy and my nail tech went back and forth, and then Tracey said I should have told her earlier, as what I wanted could only be done with powder (side note, this isn't true- I've had the exact manicure I requested a few different times, and the ombre can be achieved with nail polish and a wedge sponge, but I digress). I was annoyed since I DID tell her earlier. At this point I'm sore and over it, so I said just paint it black so I can go.She painted my nails and guess what- STILL proceeded to pull out the electric filer to go over my skin AGAIN. Even with nail polish on! I was baffled and annoyed, and she then pulled out the thick, coarse file used to shape acrylics, lined it up against my skin, and proceeded to saw some more. I have never had such a painful and confusing nail experience.AS the cherry on top, I left for my vacation the next day and as I checked into my hotel, the paint on my index finger chipped off. I have gone to various salons over the years and this has NEVER happened, so I think the nail tech was inexperienced and did a poor job. I was so disappointed since this place is right near my house and I was excited to try somewhere new, but I will never go back. Terrible and painful experience, with results that didn't even last.

This place was absolutely horrible. The staff are all over the place and unsanitary. The woman who did my pedicure rushed through every step (removing old gel, cleaning the cuticles, scraping off dead skin, etc.) She had snot dripping from her nose as she was doing my toes. Wiped her nose with her hand then proceeded to try and rub my legs. She was yanking my foot and aggressively pushing it back into the bowl to soak. She attempted to charge me an additional $57 when my friend received the exact same service as me and was charged $52. Will not be coming back here ever.
