Dr. Parra is amazing. She has been so patient and accommodating during this whole implant process. She is totally committed to making me happy with the outcome and spends as much time as necessary to make sure that happens. She has gone above and beyond in helping me and I am so grateful. The staff is also very caring. I highly recommend Premier Dental.
Dr. Parra and Jess were both patient, very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that this was the right practice for me. They.answered all of my questions until I understood the whole process. They got me in for 2 extractions and an implant in less than a month. So when I have the procedures done, I’ll write another review!

Premier Dental has been absolutely Awesome throughout my complete procedure. I have always had a fear of Dentists and with Dr Parra and her staff they have a way of making everything run very smoothly. Even when I had an emergency, they got me in immediately and was taken care of in the same day.

I suffer from severe dentistry anxiety and have had to have some pretty involved procedures a couple of times. Dr. Parra and her staff have been amazing both times and have helped me through both processes. I can’t imagine going anywhere else than this facility for all my dental needs. I am high maintenance when it comes to all dentistry but they definitely take care of all my needs and every outcome has been a great one. Thank you for such a caring and professional staff.

BUYER BEWARE…Dealing with the Premier Dental Team has been the worst experience of my life; and that’s saying a lot coming from someone whose home and all their possessions burned to the ground in a house fire! I have worn a partial upper denture since I was injured in an accident as a teen-ager, sixty years ago. So, I have seen multiple dentist and specialists. My experience with Premier started with a tooth cleaning by an incompetent assistant that left me in tears with my mouth and gums bleeding for an hour. That has never happened before in my life. Then we were give the famous dental Treatment Plan to the tune of $12,000 to pull six teeth and make a full upper denture. I was told that it would take several months (up to six) for my mouth to heal, the bone grafts heal and the gums to reshape. I was then told that I would get a temporary partial denture to use during the healing process. This denture never fit so that I could eat with it. The assistant that took the mold for this denture hod to do it it SIX times before she ever got it right, It fell out of my mouth getting in our car the first time I wore it and partially chipped. It had to be repaired. I returned several times to have it adjusted but it never fit. On each occasion I was told it was only a temporary fix until my gums re-shaped and to just be patient. There was never any mention of our having to pay for another final denture or that the bill was going to increase. At my last visit they did the mold for the final denture, and we were presented with a bill for $2400. This was the first mention of having to pay twice to get a denture which may or may not have fit. My husband called early the next morning and cancelled the denture and told the woman our understanding that the “temporary denture” was never intended to ne a final denture, like we were then being told it was. She was going to talk to Dr. Para and get back to us, which she never did. I should mention that I had a raging infection in my mouth from the time of the traumatic cleaning until I quit seeing Premier. After paying some $12,000 I am left with a useless temporary denture that doesn’t stay in my mouth and I can’t eat with. So, now after 8 months, I will have to go somewhere else and pay for a decent denture that is actually worth the money; a difficult task for a 79 year old couple on a fixed income! So far I have checked with three other clinics and none of them charge $2400 to fit me with an upper denture. Unless you have recently won a lottery and have money to throw away, I would suggest you look elsewhere before you go to Premier Dental...ALICE GLENN
