Just upped my rating - They asked about my initial lower rating, that shows good follow up and concern about service. My initial low rating is just the problem with finding what I wanted and knowing what they had in stock (granted I didn’t want to ask anyone, I was in a hurry)

They *lie* . Plain and simple bait and switch.Called ahead for a stationary bike $50 cheaper than other places. Placed a hold. Specifically asked for it to be new and packaged. When I got there was told the used dirty floor model only was available. Then salesperson tried to sell me a more expensive model.Never will go back. Liers
