Why isn't this a 24 hr gym like most other planet fitness locations? Gainesville is a medium/big city, and smaller cities even have at least one 24 hr gym location.
It can be a little crowded too with relatively long wait times earlier for some of the smith machines. The showers are nice though, and so is most of the staff. Overall I enjoy this gym, but it is hard to with the early closing hours since I work nights. There are other 24 hr access gyms in Gainesville for the same price like Baileys that I've been looking at switching to as a result.

Smaller PF for a smaller City.
Clean, always staffed and up-to-date. Somewhat shaded parking lot is a huge plus.

No squat rack or bench press, only alternatives that are bad for your joints. Otherwise good enough

I felt like I needed another shower after using the showers. I actually went in with low expectations based on some of the reviews but this is by far the smallest, most cramped and aged location out of all the pf I've visited. Also, there's only 1 stall, the showers pause when someone flushes the urinal and it's not the clenliest either, and yes there's a certain odor in the showers - maybe it's the water.

No hot water in the showers at open. It seems like they have hot water issues. Please fix hot water or I'll have to cancel membership.

I have been going to this gym since January. I noticed that there are only two people that are interested in interacting with customers. It's an African American male with an afro and full beard. And an older Caucasian male who opens at 5 am.
