Hands down the best shoe-buying experience that I have ever had. The kind saleswoman that helped me was so nice and extremely helpful. She ran back and forth getting me shoes until I found a pair that fit just right. She even had them adjust the shoe so it would fit better. I was quite impressed! She even threw in a pair of socks for me. Very sweet woman.

The shoes are not what the used to be, they're cheap looking and less quality. It appears since bill pinner sold it, it has gone downhill.

This is the best shoe store I have ever been to. My daughter's and I have looked everywhere in our hometown (Yorktown, VA) for shoes for an upcoming wedding but could find nothing. We decided to try Pinner's when we had a little time in Gainesville and boy am I glad we did. The couple that own the store were so friendly and helped us all find exactly what we needed for the wedding (and a couple of other pairs of really cute shoes). I wish we had a store half as good as Pinner's in VA!

Cool people selling fine shoes. Get my On running shoes here instead of the internet to support a local business. Needed durable and comfortable shoes for work on rural mail/pkg delivery. I Go through Nike's, New Balance and sketchers fast. Tried and am in Love w the On cloud so much I purchased another one after a test run. And On's newest extra wide is on order. ? I cant put into words how awesome the shoes and service are.

I can't say enough about my recent experience with Duke and his staff. I had an issue with a pair of my shoes and he handled it right away. I will never buy another pair of On Cloud's anywhere else. Pinner's has excellent customer service and is a great company to work with.

I have been coming to Pinner's for almost 50 years! With a very long and narrow foot, it's the only place I can shop and find any kind of selection at all. I am grateful to Duke and his father Bill for the store and for their great service. I shopped only the two yearly sales for a long time, unless I had a special occasion coming up, and was never looked down upon for trying to save a buck. I appreciate them and hope Duke continues to keep the store open for a good long while.

Their selection is fantastic, they’re extremely knowledgeable about their products, and they are truly committed to their customers....”white-glove service” would be an understatement. Thank you for hand-delivering our new ON Clouds while we’re socially-distancing...we absolutely love them! It’s easy to see why Pinner’s has been a staple of the Gainesville community for decades!
