this guy has been here for over 30 yrs and has mostly 5 stars for a reason. i got a starter replacement for less than half of what some others wanted. this place was clean, friendly, and very professional. i was most impressed by the efficiency and turnaround time of the repair. as long as this place is here, i will look no further for my auto repair and maintenance needs. I’d like to sincerely THANK Jorge for taking care of my daughter and charging us a quarter of what Toyota Dealership wanted.
As a father in South Florida, It’s good to know there are decent people in Gainesville that won’t rip us off!
My daughter’s AC went out on the way back to school.
Toyota wanted $700.00 to diagnosis and recharge system.. plus more if a leak was found..
I found PERFECTION AUTO REPAIR online through reviews and kept my fingers crossed.
Jorge took care of her, fixed the problem and was honest about it..
Any parent who has a child in Gainesville that needs vehicle serviced should check this place out!

Had my car towed to them a week ago (Monday 4/15/24) waited a whole week had to call multiple times for updates never reached out to me I understand shops get busy (they close on weekends) all for them to tell me a week later (Monday 4/22/24)my cars to MODIFIED TO WORK ON it’s a liability etc ok I get it but the fact my car sat for a week untouched makes me very mad I could’ve took my buisness else Waste of time!

I’ve waited for this to appear. I visited this auto shop about three years ago needing some to look at my truck because it was crackling and the paint was fading away, the owner referred me to a friend that dealt with auto body repairs and the rest us history and I always said I would come back. My husband had just paid a popular dealership to repair his truck and charged him over 2,000 dollars in repairs and failed. I thought of this auto shop and he fixed what we paid the dealership was supposed to fix, we brought our daughter Honda to him also and we’re so thankful they fixed her car. I’ll be coming back when needed. Keep up the good work Perfection Auto. When GOD LEADS YOU ,PLEASE FOLLOW HIS GUIDANCE !??

Excellent as always!! I have brought several cars here over the years and they always take good care of me at a reasonable price. I got a quote from another shop for $800 to fix something in my car. I just bought my own part online, found installation instructions from the manufacturer and Jorge and his crew took care of it in an hour. Saved a ton of money! I will be bringing my car here for oil changes from now on as well since Jorge told me I can bring my own oil and filter and they will take care of it.

I normally dread going to any auto repair shop because I always feel like I'm getting scammed. Not here. These people are amazing. I went to a Nissan dealership because my check engine light was on, and they quoted me $960 to get it fixed. I went to Perfection Auto Repair to get a second opinion, and they fixed it FOR FREE because the issue was so minor. If I have any car issues in the future, I am going to Perfection Auto first. Highly recommend.

Very reasonable prices for the work they did for me... They seem extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They also really want to make sure the customer is happy and is able to use their car when they need it. They were able to replace a cv axle and a motor mount within 24 hours of me dropping my car off. Great place! I would recommend it to anyone.

Honest, reliable service that can't be beat! I've never been disappointed, and I've been bringing my cars to them for years. No surprises, no unnecessary work; just solid, fantastic car care. It's almost surreal in today's world, but so wonderfully real. I always tip, but the owner gives it to the mechanics instead. Seriously worth the money!! ?

This is the best mechanic in Gainesville, hands-down. Jorge is very honest and explains everything very well. The prices are reasonable. He doesn't try to up-sell you on anything. The place is super friendly. Highly recommend!!
