Wanted to try the Cuban. Walked in and the lady said they are no longer serving lunch. She did have some breakfast sandwiches.

Hands down, my favorite small business establishment. aside from not having gas, but who wants to pay these prices for it anyway, this is the spot. you can get everything from cheesecake to BBQ. from your favorite canned Starbucks, to a yard decoration. from a guitar and an Amp, to a fishing rod and reel. from Gatorade to coors to lokos and screwdrivers. only place I know in town to get live fishing bait from redworms and nightcrawlers, to minnows and shiners. they even have the buckets. yep. one of the most versatile one stop shops you'll find.

I found Parks Place on Maps while waiting for our car to be serviced at a nearby dealer, May 11, 2022. There's a surprisingly good "hole in the wall" type of restaurant inside the store. James made a great home made style meatloaf meal and an awesome cheesecake that I enjoyed for lunch. Only a few seats inside with some more outside. Glad I gave the place a try!

I have passed by several times on my way to and from work. Today my wife and I stopped in for breakfast but was told breakfast ended. I asked if they could make an exception being the store was empty and was told emfaticaly no but could maybe make a breakfast sandwich. That kind of eritated me. So we proceeded to order dinner reluctantly. I got pork chops and Lori got Meatloaf dinners. 9.99 each and came with garlic toast and Mash potatoes and corn or green beans. I think the gentleman named James I think cooked our food had it ready in about 10 minutes. It was in a to go box. Much to my surprise, the food was delicious. Cooked perfectly!!! Both people that waited on us were very nice. This is not a restaurant we are used to and we may not go back but I have to recommend it highly as the food is very good and reasonable. Please give it a try

So the food here is great, a true hidden gem in Gainesville.. the only downside is lack of seating which will be an issue for this place once word gets around town. $6.00 for burger and fries, price and quality beats McDonald's any day of the week.

Hidden gem for music gear, home cooking, nice staff and family owned/operated. They had outdoor music but of course the city squashed that. Former owner of Tim and Terry's

Good place! The cashier/night manager was helpful and friendly. I got a good guitar for a good price. Parks Place has a surprisingly good selection of musical instruments and accessories bunched in with their food and convenience store items.

A convenience store restaurant that also sells guitars and strings. Killer idea for one stop musician shopping. Dig the place, staff is friendly too!
