If you need warranty services, you’d be better off going to the dealership in Alachua or Ocala. If it’s out of warranty, find a trusted independent mechanic. I don’t feel that they value their customers. Maybe they already have enough work

On 8/16 and 8\19 brought vehicles to them for several items to be addressed. Very disappointed the suspension inspection and tire rotation work was not done. Not very good listeners.

Do not believe the reviews this place is a rip off on fees they will run your credit then add 7 grand to the price stay away. Tried to work with them but they will not budge on their insane fee mark up.

They don’t fix my car I take 3 times and it’s no fixed Make sure before you say yes they don’t charge extra money I don’t take my car anymore there I pay more than $4,000. That’s alot money for nothing. Don’t recommend to fix your car

I broke down on a trip from Atlanta to Orlando and I’m happy I towed my SUV to Parks for service. They diagnosed the problem quickly and even got my car ready so I could pick it up on my return trip. My service advisor Levin was excellent. Very knowledgeable and responsive. If I lived in Gainesville this is where I’d take my vehicle for service.
