Super nice staff. But $30 for a basic wash and vacuum….yeah, with all the washes around here for $30 a month with unlimited, I’m thinking their days are numbered.

Thank you for the reply. I hope you don’t give up doing what you do. I’m just saying, I can’t afford to be a part of it. There are too many other places that are cheaper, better location, and more of them.
I hope you will be around for another 30 years for others to enjoy.

This place has seriously gone down in the service department. I have brought 2 cars I've owned here over the last 10 Years I've lived here and they use to clean your car having it immaculate inside & out. The newest car I have a Blue Dodge Challenger I took the other weekend. I hadnt come here in a couple of Years until this day no real reason just busy and it's on the other side of town. The guy you pay was like "I'll give you a $50 service for $40.50" I was like sure take good care of her (My car) After I drove through the washing mechanism for the guys to clean the inside I sat down for 5 minutes if that and one of them walked over and was like "You're done " I thought to myself "gosh that was quick I use to sit here almost 15 or 20 minutes before they'd be done " when I got to my car they hadn't cleaned my Dodge floormats, they did NOT wipe down anything inside the car, there was lint anf dust still on my gearshift and select spots which were NOT cleaned, I lifted the trunk & the hood and leaves were still in there & there weren't any scents of interior car cleaners or air fresheners. I was very disappointed. Im not the type to make a scene In that moment I just decided I'd never go back. I had to drive directly to a different car wash and pay a whole other car cleaning fee because this establishment jipped me out out $40.50 so I ended up having to pay DOUBLE. I don't know if it's a change in Management, bad hires or what but I wasted my money there, I highly DO NOT recommend and I will NOT waste another dime with this Establishment. Please frame the charge on my debit card because you'll never see my Name or money In your system ever again. The betrayal of misleading me and robbing me with no gun is very upsetting and disappointing. You should be Ashamed.

I’m very disappointed with this place. My family and I have used them for years until today. I went out of my way to get my car cleaned at Parks Place today. I went to the self wash and started washing my car. The first car bay I went to the tire cleaner was barely coming out when I started. I stopped the wash and went to the next bay. The tire cleaner was a little better and the foaming brush was coming out slowly. So I attempted to scrub my car. After scrubbing my car the water pressure was so low that it took me around 22 mins to get most of the soap off. I had to put my card in again so it was charged over and over. I finally got frustrated enough to go around and speak to the guy working. He said pull around and we can get you a car wash in the big one. There’s an issue with the self wash. I pulled around was able to go through. It still looks like I never even washed my car so I wasted my time and could’ve done a better job at home. I hope someone can reach out to me about a refund because my card was charged 3 different times at the self wash.

This place is ridiculous. I just asked for the works including an interior clean. They did not clean the inside. The worker said we only do windows and vacumning. If you want the inside wiped down, you have to make an appointment. This is my last time here

We haven’t been to this place for years and decided to give it a shot today. We first noticed the price for the Works had went from $28 to $48. Seeing all of the newly upgraded equipment, we figured that was justifiable. The issue was at the service/detailer end. Absolutely lack of cleaning and as little effort as possible. Now we need to go home to clean the glass, wheels, door jambs and more - basically do what they should have done for their $10 tip. Never going back!

How this place stays in business is beyond me. No credit card readers for self service and an extremely over priced wannabe full service car wash. Don't waste your time coming here if you don't have cash and don't want to pay for an overpriced wipe down of your car.

First time here and so happy we picked this company! Our first encounter the gentleman who helped us was super kind, explained how it all works and he even let us take the car twice through the wash (complimentary)! Already off to an amazing start. Paid extra for the inside clean since we really needed it. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys for making our car look good as new. We will definitely be back, it's worth the drive
